This is my second one and person hears me going in and out when the phone is in my pocket. So I guess that it has to be in my hand. So now I'm just dealing. Fits perfectly in my ears.

So easy to set up and use. No issues. I have a small ear and was able to have a comfortable fit as it comes with multiple ear buds. Works great even when left in the car all the time during the winter (-40). I love it.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. Very easy to use and sync with her I-phone. Retains a good charge for a long time; good for eight hour road trips easy. Also; the Best Buy warranty is relatively inexpensive.

This item works well at work, and under my helmet as I ride my motorcycle listening to music. I've recommended to others at the office. All those who have purchased this item have agreed on its performance.

This ear piece is great!!!! It small, discreet, and very clear!!!! It's also lightweight and holds a great battery life!

I like the look of this bluetooth but I had to keep adjusting it so it would not fall off. I was not interested in buying another bluetooth device just for the sake of losing this one, therefore spending more money. And I like wearing hats/caps and it would constantly get tangled some kind of way and detach from my ear. On top of all that I was constantly repeating myself when talking because the person on the other end could hardly hear me and vice-versa. But any hoot I give it a thumbs down.

Sound quality is horrible but the product looks good and fits well over the ear. Once on, it is barely noticable. Now the bad part....the prodcut is expensive and the sound quality is horrible. Everyone that I talked to complained about the quality. I ended up taking it back and switching to a Plantronics Edge.....much better.

I bought this earpiece after trying many cheaper ones. The issues were always the same with the cheaper pieces; poor noise cancelling, poor range, feedback, in a hit or miss connection when trying to turn it on to connect to a call. The Sliver II definitely outperforms the cheaper pieces I tried. Noise cancelling works well! I have to speak with people while I work in environments that have a great deal of white noise in the background (driving, server rooms, streets, etc.). There seem to be no issues hearing me with this headset. The range is better than average. I still can't walk across my house (~40') and continue to talk. But seldom do I venture more than a few feet from my phone. Past pieces would have trouble maintaining connection while the phone was in my pocket, so this one is measureably better! Too many times on the cheaper pieces did I connect to a conference call and have to stay on mute due to the feedback. Since getting this piece I haven't had a single issue with the feedback. It connects to multiple devices with good dependability. But it still has trouble once in a while connecting to a paired device. It's better than my old ear pieces, but I believe this is simply a Bluetooth issue in a global sense. I've never had a BT device that connects perfectly every time. But this one is probably the best BT device I've owned from the connectivity standpoint. All in all, I'm happy with the product. Only products that go well beyond my expectations would receive an "Excellent" rating. This one meets and exceeds them, but not in a way that blows me away. I do like the extra clamshell carrying case that can also recharge the piece. I seldom have to use it, But when traveling, it helps!

good fit and style, need improvement. others cannot hear you clearly in a loud environment and you can't hear them either. it does charge fairly quickly.

The Motorola Elite Sliver I I is the best headset out, unfortunately it's not that durable it breaks at the seam. I have bought 3 so far.

I lost the older version which was losing its ability to twist off in power. Newer design feels like it clicks better. Sounds great too

Sound is clear and unit is easy to use and set up. the only thing that concerns me is that the unit seem to get a bit loose while talking but that may be because I wear glasses.

Does the job, ask twice to answer most calls, like the texting feature, and the different like time, restaurant search and the other feature. Having small ears is not a good thing though, hurts after long period of wear

Does the job I guess. Cool thing about this Bluetooth is that it comes w a charging case. So it's like ha I got a extra battery w u.

This will be my second one because I lost my first one. I would not choose another one. It works great since my profession is a driver and I am always on the road.

This is one of the sleeker side of the bluetooth realm... I've had many even the sliver 1 but this by far expands the globe...it's tech savvy and I'm all in...

its great...wish it had a little more bass...also with the earpiece went in a little further in your ear and not so flat but after the hundreds that i tried on it was the best so far...even bose...

I go through one or two earpieces a year. This is the best in terms of clarity ease of use, charge holding, and convenience. Would highly recommend.

The Bluetooth is very comfortable to wear compared to many others. Further the sound is very clear when using this Bluetooth. Often times other devices I cannot hear or the other party on the other line cannot hear me ... It's Worth the money. The case is also an added bonus beside protecting the Bluetooth .... The case charges the Bluetooth (just be sure the case is charged)

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for good sound quality, durable and long battery life.
