Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Sliver II Bluetooth Headset's excellent sound quality and comfortable fit. Many appreciate the long battery life and convenient charging case. However, some users experienced issues with the headset's range and volume, finding the connection to be less reliable than expected. Improvements in Bluetooth range and volume control would enhance the overall user experience.

This took some getting use to at first but it is very comfortable all day and the voice quality and clarity is a big plus. Very good for a Blue Tooth Headset. I use everyday in conference calls and to schedule appointment with my customers.

I am comparing this headset to a Jawbone Icon HD and Plantronics Voyager Edge. I have an iPhone 5S for personal use and Blackberry Bold for work. I have used all three headsets with both phones. Good: - Long battery life - quick charge times - light, easy to wear for long periods - The speaker can reach a decent volume, probably louder than the Icon but not as loud as the Edge - The microphone is excellent as long as there is little to no ambient sounds - nice physical layout of controls, the edge has so many buttons you can't touch it without pressing something by accident Bad: - Driving on rough asphalt with the windows up creates enough ambient sound to make the microphone useless - Antenna could be better, the Edge has the best antenna of the three. If I am on a call on either phone, I have to physically keep the phone on the side of my body that the headset is or I start to loose signal - The speaker does not make a seal of any kind around the ear canal which lets in a lot of ambient sound. The Edge and Icon are both better at making a seal to keep out unwanted sound - absolutely useless outside when there is wind - Does not handle two phones being active at the same time well. ex: I have the headset on - the BB is charging, I take a call on the iPhone and, while on the call, move away from the charging phone - audio starts to stutter when the headset software tries to alert me that the charging phone is now out of range. another ex: the headset fails badly if you get calls on both phones at the same time or if you are listening to music on the iPhone and get a call on the BB - good luck not loosing the incoming call. - When connected to both phones, occasionally one or both phones will loose connection. - If you walk out of range of either phone - when you walk back in range the headset will not automatically reconnect. - packaging advertises 300' range - not with the phones I have. I only get the standard 30' BT range. This is a functional headset. Noise cancellation is terrible when compared to the Icon or the Edge. Talk time matches the Icon and is better than the Edge. Connecting to two phones is a must for me and it works in 90% of the situations I need it to but, when both phones try to send audio to the headset at the same time the headset's software does not handle it gracefully and I have lost calls. The Edge blows it away for that. Of the three it is the most comfortable for all day wear and it is amazingly fast to charge. But it works best in a relatively quiet office/cubicle space or outside when the air is still and you are not near a busy road. I could use the Edge and Icon in the machine room or when driving with the driver's window down (and the headset in my right ear) - this headphone fails in both of these situations. Why did I switch? All of these headsets are small and I loose them, every 6 or 8 months I have to go buy another one because I cant find the one I had. I dont think the Icon is in production anymore and this headset was half the price of the Edge.

This is the second Motorola headset that I've purchased. The sound quality is excellent as well as the comfort. I can wear it for ours and forget that I have it on. You just need to find the right size rubber adapter that goes on it, it comes with different sizes to fit all ear sizes. The only thing that I would recommend to improve this product is to be able to have the option to answer a call directly from the device. This would definitely would make it convenient when we don't have the phone readily available, like when we are driving.

Motorola Sliver 2 is the best Bluetooth headset I've purchased (and I've purchased many headsets in the past.) since purchasing I haven't left home without it. It is comfortable and Discrete. Audio is clear and the battery time is great. Love the charging case also. Overall great product.

Great long wear comfort. 4 hr talktime but recharge case is lightning quick (Full in <30 mins) One size really does fit ALL! Easy setup and adjusting. I often forget it's on and then it rings. Great music playback too.

I like to listen to audio books all day while I work. This headset has never come close to running out of battery on me because of the recharge case. I love the sound quality and the microphone picks up my voice well. I do sometimes have a problem with the mic when there is a white noise in the background, like my dishwasher or the car noise. The noise reduction will sometimes block my voice as well as the noise and the person I'm calling has a hard time hearing me. In a quiet place, my voice comes through crystal clear. Overall, I am very happy with the headset, and the case makes it easy to charge and keep track of.

I got this headset to replace the Plantronics Legend, which has broken twice in the same spot by the way. The reason I picked this one is that it had the same design only it uses metal instead of plastic like the Legend did. Hopefully this one won't have to be returned. Only draw back with this head set is that the range is not as good as the legend's. You can't get too far away from your phone or you will get feedback. Other than that, so far so good and not nearly as visible as it does not have that boom arm like the legend had.

I have tried a lot of different blue tooth earpieces and this one is by far the best. It is very small, & comfortable, The sound is great and I don't get any complaints from my clients on the mic. I would definitely buy this again !

I use a headset all day in my home office and I have tried 3 or 4 different types and find that the Sliver 2 is the best one I've used. good sound 4 hours continuous talk, quick charging, as well as comfortable and durable. I also like the fact there is no goofy boom mic...

Love the charging case. Can hear clearly, but the noise canceling part isn't that great, some callers can't hear me as clear if I'm making noises. The ear piece is comfortable

It took my a while to find something that works for my small ear canal. This is the only one that fits into my ear with no problems. I can hear just great and people can hear me as well. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but worth it.

I use this at work to make conference calls easier, and it connects to everything quite well. Also plays audio in mono of course. It can be used in either ear! The case it travels in has a built in battery that charges the ear piece when not in use. You can charge the ear piece and the case together over a nap it's that quick. You can charge each of them independently too. Each has a small led that can be seen through the case that indicates 70+, 30-70, or below 30% charge. Best buy insurance replaces with same or newer sliver as long as you have all of the pieces! Cons: disconnects after ~20 feet. Only four hours of talk time per charge or 2-3 hours of music playback at medium to low volume. Has dedicated charging cord, so not any USB will work.

It a nice small headset that you forget your wearing. Very comfortable and sound quality is great. The only thing I can find wrong with it is that sometimes it won't connect to your caller when you say answer.

The fit is quite good while the sound is in the upper echelon too in comparison to other similar blue tooth devices. The charging carrying case is pretty nifty and very functional as well. It is a solid choice.

I am a Realtor and on the phone all the time. My wife can attest to the fact that I have tried almost every blue tooth earpiece ever made. I have never found one that was this small that produced good sound for me, and a clear crisp sound from the mic for the person on the other end. This one gives you both. I can hear good, no complaints about noise or can't hear me from my callers, and the fit is small and comfortable.

I like the style of the headset fits nice in my ear, hardly know it is there. Great battery life. But the volume of ppl talking is weak at times. Sometimes it is good, others low.
