Not worth the 4k price tag

On paper, this thing should be a beast of a laptop. I9 10th gen, 64 GB of memory, Nvidia Quadro RTX5000, 1 TB SSD, well after two weeks it is going back. I spent 2 hrs with MSI support today, 4/30/21, to figure out why the CPU was being throttled, and the GPU was laggy. After two hours, the MSI tech said drivers are updated and correct, and Windows should not be throttling the CPU. The tech's response after going through all that was to return it to where you bought it. So me being me, I ran the MSI F3 recovery program to see if it was the new drivers. NOPE, it ran worse. Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot, but the gaming and workstation results were 0%. So, for 4k, it can go back to Best Buy, and I will look for something else when it becomes available. Just not an MSI laptop.
