Very disappointed. This is advertised as MSI RS model and it is NOT. Best Buy is very deceptive! They took the lesser R model and upgraded the video card and SSD and re labeled it the better quality RS. I didn’t know any better until a friend of mine explained it to me. I felt taken advantage of. How do I take it away from my son now; too late. Seriously, he sees all the flashing RGB lights and thinks it’s the greatest! I feel taken advantage of!

MSI support is absolute trash here in America. They make you take excruciating effort to register and receive support on the build in one. Really this requires registering through an intense process that is based out of a non-us-based organization. They do not make the produces registerable, and supportable through difficult but legal mechanisms to benefit MSI and non the user of the computer. They deploy automated robots to handle live support and wont extend support unless you've jumped through thier hoop

Kept crashing on me had to return maybe had bad one but would recommend for pc starter who has money to spend. Overall good build.

mouse came broken, I have tried to contact omfg no response.

My pc broke right around a year after having it, I got it fixed, about 2-3 months later my pc have been having issues with unresponsive keyboard, and monitor and pretty much everything else you can plug in, I got that fixed to, but now, my pc is consistently randomly crashing at any given time and every time it crashes I have to reseat my ram sticks for it to work again, but that fix is temporary, it just happens again and again, I’m not sure if I have a faulty ram stick, or faulty motherboard. And this pc less then 2 years old.
