Great PC. Mine comes with an MSI RTX 3080 Ventus OC version. I will have to do some upgrades though especially for the PSU, SSD, and the cooler.

Great computer, we've purchased 3 of these in our office and all work great! Only thing to keep in mind, it does not come with Windows Pro.

Good so far. I only have one issue. Sometimes when restarting the PC, I get a black screen and it doesn't boot up to Windows OS. I have to hold down the power button and force shut down. After that it boots up and works fine, If anyone else has this issue, or knows how to fix it please let me know. Otherwise the PC is running very well. The 3080 is a beast.

When i recieved the PC it powered on. However, it would not connect to any display. I took to it to geeksquad and they found that the PCI slot was bent and also informed me that the 650 watt power supply was well beneath the recommended power output required for the GTX 3080 inside. Kind of weird that the builders couldn't just add a supply that cost 50 bucks more that would get the job done.

Not bad for a pre-build. Components are actually pretty decent better than most pre-built systems. They did however install the liquid cooler upside down but was easy fix.

So Like many people I Purchased this machine for the GPU. Currently (Q1 2021) getting a RTX 3080 at MSRP is impossible. I needed a second machine for VR anyways so I grabed this one when I saw it in stock. I got it home set it up to make sure that it worked fine and installed 3DMark to run a bench mark ... and that is were this story ends for you see the moment 3DMark started the Power Supply shut of for Over Current Protection. You would think that since MSI mode everything in this that they would have known they their own specs say that a RTX 3080 needs a 750 Watt Power Supply (PSU), so why then did they put a 650? Overall all of the parts in this machine are good to high quality. it could use better cooling for the CPU and needs to have the PSU replaced. if you are going to spend to replace the PSU I would go with a 850 gold so that you can fully power both the RTX card and the full turboing ability of the 10700KF CPU. Pros nice case RTX is OC addition High end mother board lots of room for upgrading peripherals Cons 650 watt PSU RTX 3080 will not run in different machine without MSI software to control the fan curve. 120mm radiator is boarder line adequate. needs either a better fan or needs a larger radiator.

Dead on Arrival. Started with some minor QC issues (Side panel not closing flush until I fixed it with pliers, one thumb screw not threaded properly for the side panel) out of the box that were tolerable. However on first boot I got a VGA post error. I removed the video card and realized that the GPU anti-sag brace that had been installed in the system had dug large unfixable dents into the fan shroud of the graphics card. I then reseated the card and got a post; but after I screwed the card back in it died again. Any time the card was screwed in it would either artifact or outright crash. Based on other reviews there is clearly a large scale quality control issue here that needs to be addressed. Also, after talking to MSI directly: to get any warranty service I would have to pay for return shipping, which for a prebuilt system would likely cost in excess of $100.

I couldn’t get my hands on a 3080 so I splurged on this PC and I am really impressed. It is very quiet especially compared to my last desktop and with the 3080 it’s an absolute beast. Can handle anything you throw at it. I haven’t seen FPS this high since Minecraft.

Was very excited to get this machine, all was well till I went to run a game, monitor bugged out, called MSI, defective card, had to return the system. Couldn’t exchange or buy another since it was sold out, so now left without a PC while I wait likely weeks or months for supply to come back.

Got this PC for my son,who told me,that he has no problems using this PC,with everything he need, including games. All I added was on additional SSD for storage. Also I paid about $300-400 less, then what it cost now. The GPU is MSI 3x. It's always out of stock. If you can get this pc-just get it.You will not be dissapointed.
