The real star is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060Ti. It crushes modern titles at 1440p with ultra settings, delivering buttery-smooth frame rates. Games look absolutely stunning. The 1TB SSD is also incredibly fast; boot times are practically nonexistent, and games load in a flash. Out of the box, the setup was simple. The cable management inside the case was clean and professional, the airflow seems great, and the overall aesthetic is sleek and modern without being too over-the-top. There was very little bloatware to uninstall, which I greatly appreciated. **The Bad - The Customer Support (2/5 Stars)** This is where my experience soured and why I have to knock off a star. I had a minor issue where the front case fan's RGB lighting wasn't syncing correctly with the rest of the system. There was no real troubleshooting, and I felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone. I eventually found a solution by searching through online forums, no thanks to the official support channels. **Final Verdict** I am giving this purchase **4 out of 5 stars** because the desktop itself is phenomenal. It's a well-built, powerful machine that delivers on its promises. System easy to set up. All work is done fast and easy. System is very quiet and fast. Works with two screens perfect. Very happy we the purchase.

This PC performs really well. I only had it for a month and so far it's been able to meet my expectations. FYI - The motherboard does not have additional RAM expansion slots. it only has the 2x DDR5 slots. I added a 4GB nvme ssd as a 2nd drive for storing photos and videos. Noise level is not bad, you can hear the liquid cooling at startup then it quiets down. Fans are super quiet, every now and then you'll notice the fans when it kicks in higher but for the most part you barely notice it. LED lighting is easy to switch "basically an easy access button on the top of the unit". I think that this was a great purchase for a mid tier RIG. it's a very capable machine and it looks really nice.

This is by far one the best and optimal pc out on the market currently. From the price range to the performance value, it was able to handle everything i needed with no issues at all. Overall I'm beyond satisfied if not overjoyed by the product, 10 / 10 system.

This is a top of the line PC. Has everything and more for all games any gamer could want. Best purchase for my kiddo. May be a little too good for what any 12 year old needs but he is definitely set.

I bought this computer for my grandson who was going in the hospital for a stem cell transplant and knew he would be in there for a month. What better to do than play games while healing. He was thrilled with his computer and hasn't stopped playing on it since. This was the best thing he has gotten. I gave it 5 stars because his friends told him he got a really good deal and it made him so very happy, Thank you Best Buy!

The PC is fantastic, it runs just about anything with phenomenal graphics and performance. The downside of it is the 8gb vram for the price, however, I’ve yet to really encounter any issues in any game. It comes with a mechanical keyboard and mouse. With all that said anything can be upgraded and it’s great place for starting PC gaming.
