I just received my desktop and im really impressed. Im notmally not a big AMD fan but the Ryzen 5 is nice. Great form factor and it has really good features and specs. Although something I did not consider in a small package is there are no speakers! I guess im just so used to working off a laptop! Definately not a deal breaker as thats the norm for desktops.

Excellent Mini-PC for Home Office Work

I bought this compact desktop PC to use as my office computer for remote work. The main reason I bought it is that it features an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G processor, which is an excellent and fairly powerful processor for general office work that can also handle some light gaming with its built-in GPU, and, is far more capable than rival, equivalent chips from Intel that are featured in small form-factor desktops. Paired with 16 GB of RAM and a 500 GB solid state drive (actually 446 GB in size, with about 396 GB free), you'll be ready to rock and roll with this computer. The mini-case feature plenty of display ports (VGA, DisplayPort and HDMI) and USB ports of every kind mean connectivity won't be an issue. Windows 11 boots up very fast on this machine.
This desktop case is small enough and light enough to travel with, if you need to. It would fit in a carry-on bag or a backpack. Bottom line, this is a more powerful machine than similar offerings from Dell and HP.

Awesome little system - even works for some games in your spare time. I upgraded this to 32GB RAM and added some more storage in the open m.2 drive and used one of the 2.5" connections to make a solid little machine.
The inclusion of 2.0 USB ports is a bit odd - seems antiquated for a system with Ryzen inside.
The 6 core/12 thread CPU is great for most tasks - I have used it for data analysis for work and some video editing. Exporting is a bit slow, as a dedicated GPU would be a huge help with that. Either way it'll work in a pinch!
When pushed, the fan can get a bit loud, but easy to ignore overall.
For those interested, it runs Zorin OS and Ubuntu with no trouble at all. Everything detected and works just fine. Overall performance is a bit snappier subjectively - no objective measures at this point, but I have been impressed with everything.
Nice job MSI. I expect the 8 core 5700G version would be a bit better for all purposes, but the higher cost (I got this for 550) made the 5600G version a no-brainer.

I really like this computer. It's small, light weight and very quiet so it fits my desk well and doesn't distract me. I don't game but it seems to have the specs to be able to.

Great PC. Easy setup too. Which is great for me because I majorly lack patience. HDMI worked for my audio too. Very responsive, fast and super quiet. I can't even tell it's running lol.

Very simple computer, fast for such a low price. Twice the RAM and twice the SSD capacity than most of the other retailers give you with a DP20ZA. Probably the best overall APU available for the money at this time unless you want to spring for a Ryzen 7 5700G. Has 2 2.5" HDD bays and 2 M.2 sockets, so you should be able to expand the storage without isssue. Good WiFi performance with the external rabbit ears. The "manual" just tells you how to plug it in, no real details.

I bought this to replace an old computer I had since 2011.
I use this mainly for internet browsing/surfing. This does not come with Microsoft Office Suite which is not a big deal to me since I haven't need them in some years now; I just use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slide, etc) and can convert those files if I need.
I did not use the included wired mouse/keyboard as I have my own that works just fine. I just keep them in storage as backup.
I'm not much of a gamer so I can't comment on its ability to handle them.
I also like how small it is, as I prefer to leave my computer on my desk rather than below it. You need to do some cable management.
Over all, I think this is a good purchase for a general use home computer. It should all the basic things you'll need it to.

I purchased this desktop computer for some video work I am doing and had hoped it would meet the needs my other computer couldn't handle. It has some nice features for processor and RAM, but unfortunately, it didn't work with the video editing software I use due to the video card not being compatible. So I returned it and purchased another desktop. Otherwise it seemed like a decent computer, fairly compact in space.

This mini desktop is very well built, runs cool all the time and coupled with the Ryzen 5 chip is very fast and efficient. The size of this desktop makes it very competitive with the Apple Mac Mini but at a much better price. This desktop is a must buy and is a space saver.

It was suggested by my techie person to purchase this mini computer since my Dell's hard drive was going bad. I firmly trust his judgement in anything technical! I am very pleased with the performance .

Smaller isn't always better - you loose features because they are making the cabinet a tiny cube. This computer has no sound without adding external speakers. The other feature that I miss is a SD card input. Need to add an external for that. Aside of that the computer is good and works well.

This has been a great machine for what I needed. We use it to run our cricut and for my school work. I used 2 monitors, one in the display port one in the hdmi and it worked great as well.
