This isn't my exact model, but it's the closest one I could find to the first MSI laptop I bought and the one that Best Buy gave me to replace it. The first one had keyboard issues with keys falling off that I managed to fix. Then it started to split around screen's seems and eventually (rather quickly) snapped in half at the hinges when I went to close it. Never dropped it, dropped anything on it, etc. It wasn't even 2 years old at the time. My warranty made it so I could get a new PC around the same price at no extra cost to me (thank goodness). This time, I had no hinge or screen issues, but I still had key issues. My G fell off, I broke it when trying to put it back on (oops), bought a replacement, still couldn't get it back on. So, that's that. Now it's doubling almost every letter I type, or ommitting letters, or lagging them so they don't type in order (and yes, I fiddled with my keyboard settings after looking the issue up; nothing worked). On top of that, my trackpad mouse likes to glide to the side of the screen on a regular basis. This PC is also not even 2 yet. Unfortunately, my warranty ran out so I can't do anything about it for now. So far, my guess is that MSI desktops are good. But I'll never buy one of their laptops again.
