I was really excited about this laptop. Since I can't get an RTX 3090 for my desktop, I figured I would try an RTX 3080 laptop. I thought the specs were great for a laptop. I was happy it came with the 16gb 3080. I loved the looks and size of the laptop. I don't think the pictures online do it justice. Unfortunately, things took a turn once I powered it on. The fan kept pulsing really loudly, even when idling. Second, the Bluetooth didn't work. First, I tried contacting customer service with the online chat feature. It kept connecting to an agent but no one would respond. After 4 or 5 times, I finally got a hold of someone. They recommended a Windows restore. I then tried phone support. They had me try a few other things including doing a complete restore to as shipped configuration. Nothing worked. After approximately 1.5 hours, they came to the conclusion the laptop was defective and should be exchanged. Since this model is not stocked near me, I exchanged for another brand which worked with no issues.

I hate the fact you can't upgrade this pc with out voiding your warranty. MSI is the only brand the adds a stickers in the back of the laptop covering one screw so if you open it your warranty will be voided. So that is the reason. I return this garbage.

Terrible battery life (less than 3 hours), lots of screen flickering or glitches, random crashes, cannot run minecraft rtx for some reason? Literally one fps lol Yeah I’m returning this asap
