I have to say, with the specs this beast is packing, im very impressed. The i9 is PERFECT! for all duties that need to be done. I have thrown everything I can at it and it is running awesome!!! I am also impressed with the temps. Played COD CW for about 1 hour and the highest temps ive seen were 78 CPU and 73 GPU. If you can get this, i would highly recommend over the GS66 stealth...which is still a good machine but this is just wayyyy better price to preformance.

This laptop has performed extremely well since I've been using it. I've been able to play games with ultra settings to processing data for my job. I throw this in my backpack and have travelled all across the country and use the laptop in extremely hot and cold conditions. I rarely have a performance issue. It has been a year and it still performs perfectly.

The MSI GS76 is a game-changer in the world of high-performance laptops, particularly for the gaming aficionados and professional creatives who demand nothing short of excellence. With its staggering 17.3" FHD display pushing a blistering 360Hz refresh rate, this machine doesn't just keep up with the action, it puts you ahead of it, making every frame crisp, clear, and impossibly smooth. The heart of this beast, an Intel Core i9 processor, combined with the formidable NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card, delivers jaw-dropping performance that can tackle the most demanding games and creative tasks with ease. The spacious 1TB SSD ensures lightning-fast load times, while the generous 32GB of memory allows for seamless multitasking and high-level performance across the board. In essence, the MSI GS76 isn't just a laptop; it's a statement—a testament to what's possible when cutting-edge technology meets precision engineering. It's not just about playing the game; it's about winning it, every time.

Fastest computer I have ever owned. Only complaint would be the noise of this computer. I suspect it is due to the graphics card and i9 processor. This is a very good gaming computer. I get a lot of comments about the RGB keyboard and overall low profile of this gaming laptop. The sound system is also very impressive.

How is this only $2200?
I have tried almost every high-end laptop out there this year, including the X17/X15 and this is just as good or better.
Don't be deterred by the 95 watt GPU power limit, this will get close to a similar powered 3080 with the MSI overclocking tools and the I9.
I'm only giving it 4 stars because the screen has more than average backlight bleed on the corners. I returned my first one because of this and the second one was exactly the same.
Please note... This unit has a Mux switch but it will only connect directly to the GPU thru the HDMI 2.1 port. The USB-C display Ports are disabled when the CPU is in Discrete Graphics mode. So if you want to use an external monitor and get the most performance possible, it will need to have a HDMI 2.1 Port as well.
The Display could be a bit brighter, but it's not a deal breaker.
The specs on this unit is top notch and so is the build quality. You will pay an extra $500 bucks just to slap the Razer name on a similar unit and that doesn't include the I9.
Don't wait for these to sell out... Get one now!

This laptop is everything it claims to be. MSI another system that out performs Razer. The MSI desktop app is great. I recommend everyone getting familiar with it right away. It is essential to setting your cooling and performance use. The dynaudio speakers are nice and sound clarity is excellent. Due to enhanced sound background noices in games may need to be turned down.
I-9 32gb 8gb gpu portable laptop this is a $3k computer at a great price.
Bring the plug and plug in where ever you go. This system pulls a lot of power and you need to keep it powered.
Fans are loud at full blast but drop cpu by 20 degrees in seconds and gpu by 10 in the same time. You can run them in silent mode; it still drops it 20 degrees just take longer.
Best computer I've ever bought.

I purchased this laptop to replace the last gen MSI with I7 and RTX 2080. This laptop defiantly performs well, The combination of the I9 and 3070 are providing steady frame rates on ultra settings in every game I play. The gen 6 Wifi is amazing, if you have a gen 6 router. My only complaint is that it runs hot, it thermal throttles way before your CPU and GPU are even close to maxing out. I changed my Thermal paste out and I can see a significant increase in performance, I recommend doing this if you know how.

Bought this about 6 weeks ago. Upgraded to Windows 11 with few problems.
Runs flawlessly. I used it as a general purpose machine and don't game that much. But occasionally i will... and then it runs pretty hot. At that point I turn the cooling fans to max rather than waiting for the firmware to do it--they really bring down temperature, but are noisy.
Battery life is very good as long as you are using the CPU's internal GPU. If the Nvidia 3070 is fired up, battery life is short. We're talking 4 to 5 hours versus 1 1/2.
The keyboard is pretty good, too.
My eyes aren't good enough to see the difference between the 360 Hz and 60 Hz settings on the LCD screen, so I don't know how great a feature that is.

Pretty awesome laptop overall.
It does get hot but do yourself a favor and update the bios and do a fresh windows install, get all that MSI pre installed nonsense off of there all it did is cause some problems.
Like overheating and graphical issues. The bios update helps with the temps and graphical issues and the windows reinstall helped speed up the system considerably. Now it runs within normal temperatures even when heavily gaming. I do have a cooling pad as well, just some cheap amazon one I snagged a long time ago.
The screen real estate is great, I must be getting old or something but 15in just doesn't cut it anymore these days. I've been able to play every game I have on it at 60FPS or higher. Including games like Cyberpunk, deathloop, and Nioh 2.
Switching the graphics profile in nvidia control panel to dedicated graphics mode helps as well. Sometimes it just doesn't handle hybrid mode very well but overall nothing too annoying.
I'm glad I found a nice holiday discount on this at about 1900$. 2200 is a bit much for the work you have to put in to get this rolling perfectly.

Starting off this Stealth 76 was packaged beautifully! It looks and feels like a premium quality laptop. At first start up it was light years faster than my 5+ year old laptop! Screen looks nice and is very responsive. I tried COD on it. Even with a cooling mat the CPU was running between 80-95° C for most of the time, but running less than 50% CPU capacity. Graphics also seemed limited. After looking further into it, the Stealth line seems to be limited due to cooling. This has a 95watt 3070, which is restricted from the normal wattage of the 3070. So it seems as though both the CPU and GPU cannot reach their full potential in this setup. So you are buying a 3070 but getting the performance of around a 3060. Still a very nice laptop, just limited performance.
