I went with MSI again because I love my gaming PC so much. I’m happy they have this for me as a work computer. I find the processor speed to be more than adequate for multiple file use. I’m using mostly office and web browsers. At the same time I am using it for graduate school. It is crisp, smooth, light yet durable with the metal finish. The only thing I wish it included was the number pad like a larger keyboard. For now I’ll use the number bar, but I’ll have to purchase a USB number pad later for certain.

Difficult to work with. Registration seems impossible on msi website. Support seems to be non existent. The camera doesn't work and the normal controls to turn it on and off do do anything. the camera is not listed under device manager. When i turn off the fire wall the camera is still not found. Microsoft help says to go to the msi site. Frustrating! Other wise the laptop does what I want it to do. Have had this for a month at this point.

Camera still doesn’t work, can’t even be found in settings.
MSI customer support isn’t very helpful. Just don’t buy an MSI

This is a great little laptop. It is lightning fast, sleek and lightweight. I have had it for a couple of months now and it performs flawlessly and does everything I need it to do! I would buy it again!
