Things I like: - Boots up in about 7 seconds - The sleek, all-black design looks great - Lightweight & portable (3.5 lbs), very much so for a 15 in. laptop - Has full-size arrow keys, difficult to find on many laptops today - 3 USb ports, 1 USB-C, HDMI, and microSD slot - Screen is very bright, but note it's only 50% color accurate - Almost completely silent Also note: - Have no problems with webcam, works just fine on my model without pressing anything - Battery is alright, lasts me 6-7 hours of balanced battery mode - Battery plug requires 3-prong outlet

This computer is a good computer for people looking for a solid computer that can surf the internet, do office based duties and some light gaming. But it only has 8 GB of RAM so I bought a PNY 8 GB RAM chip from Best Buy that I had the Geek Squad install. The computer is fast and boots up in about 10-15 seconds. Some of the other reviewers of this product say they have had camera function issues that could not be solved. MSI brand computers come with the camera inactivated by default. It needs to be manually activated. The Fn key (next to the CTRL key at the lower left of keyboards) can be pressed at the same time as the F6 key (top center of the keyboard with the little computer picture on it) and this Fn + F6 button press will toggle the camera on so it works. pressing Fn + F6 again will toggle it off. Hope this is helpful to make the camera work.

The camera that arrived with my laptop had an outdated driver that could not be updated to be compatible with Windows 10. I was very disappointed with this because I expected a good product that worked accordingly. I was impressed with the materials of the laptop it had a sleek look that was professional. Very Dissatisfied!

The machine is fine, however ad says 16gb ram. Only had 8, specs says 8, best buy ad wrong

Big hassle 5 hours on the phone with Best Buy... biggest hassle ever.

It is a great computer. It can run all sorts of games like Arma 3 excellently, and it is great for video editing. I highly recommend this computer. Great price too!!!
