A good laptop for the money The performance is good. My only issue with it is the battery life. It's not very good, thus this laptop is required to keep plugging in. If not, you'll have roughly an hour with no heavy programs, which negates the purpose of having a laptop. I also notice that when you run a program, the CPU temperature rises to 80 to 90 degrees Celsius.

I feel there is quite a bit of room for improvement. I was plagued with numerous issues. While doing Windows updates, there were many failures and re-trys. I also encountered a number of black screens with "critical error encountered, computer needs to restart". Tried to update the Nvidia game drivers with no success. Finally had to manually do updates from website. The lid / screen is flimsy, and need to care opening not to flex too much and damage screen. There was a bit too much light bleed at bottom of screen. Not all is bad though. I did find - once I got through these issues - it ran games quite well, with good frame rates. Everyday tasks were a breeze. The keyboard has the Fn key on the right, which I did not care for. The trackpad felt a bit cheap and "plasticky", but did do it's job properly. There is a micro SD slot, but when installed the card protrudes a bit. This may be a good choice - especially if on sale - and hopefully don't encounter these same issues. I do recommend, knowing how Best Buy stands behind their products. I finally did work through the software issues, but by this time I had had enough and decided to return. Thanks Best Buy

Like the sceen size and the way it works. I would recommend this computer to any that wants a quality product.
