Maybe I just got a bad apple or something but this type of under performance was not what I was expecting w/ this laptop with the given specs that is. No I did not run any benchmarks etc. I am merily refering to a simpe eye test. It was so unresponvie. I only wanted to run VMWare Pro w/ diff OSs and just CODMW. I felt it got way too hot too soon. I read previous comments and some complained about the DDR4 when advertised as DDR5. My box did state DDR4 when I opened it and I was like hmm..interesting. So I went to Task manager->Performance->Memory and located the speed and it had DDR5 speeds (4800 MHz) so I am not sure why it had DDR4 on the box but I did infact have DDR5 (i9-12900K Processor model). Bottom line, this device just dissapointed mainly w/ its performance. Its literally just my experience might not be that for everyone else...at least I hope not.

I have never seen a machine that is this fast - the fact that this is a laptop blows my mind.

So far so good. The spacebar sticks a little bit and FN key is on the right side of the keyboard.

Laptop came in and is beautiful; everything installed fine and is running smooth. I did run into the issue where the power light is orange and the screen was black; it took a few reboots before this was corrected but it hasn't come back. From what I've read, this has to do with the Nvidia card booting the laptop instead of the integrated; plugging it into a secondary monitor probably would have worked as well.

I have had it a couple days now, It is everything its stated to be and for me a perfect fit. One warning, the inner box tag says its DDR4 memory when in fact all my diagnostic tools clearly state the RAM is 32G DDR 5. The inner box is a misprint at least in my case. I suggest anyone with doubts check it with a memory/CPU tool. Don't always believe what you read.

Very Very Fast Laptop with great value. Recommendation

Audible pop and then silence and darkness, the eternal sleep came during Windows Update. Never even got a chance to install any software, just uninstall crapware and start updates. Didnt even survive to its first reboot.

DOA this laptop won’t turn on. Also unlike my other msi laptops this one did not come with any plastic on it…. Was it refurbished? Returning tomorrow.

This does everything. allows for multiple users. multiple games and apps open. Haven't had an issue with this at all.

Great machine! My son has been able to do everything he wants and no issues!

Fantastic. Perfect for game and work. The Best!!!!

I bought it and right away had issues with is blue screening, freezing while just do simple tasks such as browsing the internet. I took it in to get serviced. It was overheating which was what the error codes meant. I do not recommend this product. Even idling it's very warm to touch. I was told get a cooling fan for it. That's pretty bad right out the box.

The device has serious hardware issues. I sent one back to receive another and both devices have hardware issues that affect your ability to use it.

I bought this needing something more powerful for gaming. I found this at bestbuy within my price budget. The display is great and I use this for gaming, browsing, and work. The battery is great so I can take it anywhere to go.

Excellent Laptop - Knocks the socks of my powerful desktop! I love the feel of the laptop - with a 15' screen - the laptop is smaller and lightweight, but it feels solid. Processor speed is crazy - coupled with a great mid-tier 3070ti - I am very happy with this purchase!

Wow, blazing fast and can really play some cpu/gpu intensive games!
