Amazing purchase! I picked up an M4 MacBook Air that was the upgrade to my aging 2016 MacBook Pro. Apple has really outdone themselves as far as the performance goes when it comes to their chips. You’ll never find a better built, better performing laptop for the money. Pros: +Battery life - Stellar! I get about a day and a half of use on a single charge. +Display - Could be brighter, but overall, great! Does well enough in bright situations +Gaming - I’ll toss this on here, as it’s not the primary selling point, but because it performs well playing the games that I play (RE2, Sims, Cities Skylines) it gets a plus. Obviously your mileage may vary. +Keyboard - Far and away a better typing experience than the 2016 MacBook Pro. Cons: -The finish: I went with Midnight, blindly, and it’s more my fault than anything, so it’s a super soft “con” the midnight finish will not hide dings and scratches as well as a silver one. But it still looks sick. -Storage options: 256GB is not a ton of space in this day and age, but I get by. External storage exists, so it’s just a minor inconvenience.

I recently purchased the AirPods and overall I’m really happy with them. The sound quality is clear and balanced, and they work seamlessly with my iPhone, which makes everything super convenient. Pairing was instant and switching between devices is effortless. One of my favorite features is how comfortable they are—I can wear them for long periods without any discomfort. The battery life has been solid for my daily use, and the charging case makes it easy to keep them powered throughout the day. If you have the AirPods Pro, the noise cancellation and transparency mode are a big plus, especially in busy environments.

I just love it but it’s Verizon I’m having trouble with so much so I had to hang up & took a couple of days. But calling them on Monday. I can turn on & off the TV now & my volume works too…. The old 32” was on its way out so I bit the bullet and got the new Roku. I also can watch Hulu and Disney… next going for peacock too.

When the freezer door came off my Samsung Side by Side fridge, service wanted $175 to come "diagnose" the problem, plus parts & installation. I called the Geek Squad AI repair line instead and through voice activation I received typed instructions and photos of how to fix it myself! As a 64 yr old lady, I was pretty proud of myself and saved myself alot of money!

I was in the market for a new ink jet printer. However, since my wife and I are retired, we didn’t feel it necessary to buy something worth over $200 Although we do not routinely are in need of a printer, we recognize the need to own one. I decided on the Brother MG - J1360DW All in One. It’s not as bulky as my previous printer and the display although small is easy to read. The only negative is setting it up via WiFi . Makes me think that Brother knows it and offers technical support to get it set up, however I have yet to utilize it.

We replaced our 14 year old counter depth LG refrigerator with this new LG counter depth refrigerator. There are some very nice improvements. For example, the vegetable bins are larger and you can see into the top front cold cut drawer because of some smart engineering. There is more storage space on the sides of the doors as the bins are deeper. The lighting in both the refrigerator and freezer are better. The ice maker/ water dispensers is nice that it has both cube and crushed ice always available by just pressing select on the dispenser. The water filter is much easier to get to and replace. Freezer storage is improved as is getting the bins out to clean properly. The refrigerator runs very quietly. The only complaint is the occasional noise the ice detector arm makes when it is moving across the top of the ice bin.

I purchased a new JBL 500 Sound Bar w/Sub Woofer, 3D Sound, Wireless System for my bedroom. I love it! It connected to my LG Smart Tv with no trouble! Sounds fantastic! Fast and easy installation! The price was so reasonable...really better than reasonable for the quality of the sound. The sound sync is perfect. The bass, midrange, and treble needed no adjustment. The remote is easy to use. The system wonderfully modified itself when using the tv audio tuning preferences. I got all this along with exceptional service! I have a high end Sonos system in my living room and wanted something in my bedroom with exceptional quality but didn't want to break the bank. I'm a happy guy! Thanks Best Buy!

I just bought a little early 40th bday present for myself! Apple AirPods Pro 3 are wonderful as compared to my regular AirPods that I had from many years back. I absolutely love them! They have a hearing aid function which is nice because it helps me hear while I have the earbuds in!

Beautiful design and functions very well. The bottom oven is large enough for a good Thanksgiving turkey, and you can bake smaller dishes in the upper oven. The stove top heats up much hotter than our old removable coil stove top.

There seems to be a glitch in the app. It does not show me which product this even applies to. I am a total member however and it's paid for itself 10 times over with the protection plans. Pictured my launch PS5 and my launch Series X and my sisters launch Series X.

I’ve never owned a smart watch it’s amazing love the time dial on the face of watch used the golf app and it was right on, the geek squad help set it up put face protection on dial still learning how to use it.

I bought a pair of these AirPods Pro 3 that were open box, and were listed as in fair shape, but when I got them, they appear to be in excellent shape. Everything was included, they were not pre-registered to someone else’s Find My account. They sound great, and the battery appears to be in perfect condition too

Well to be honest, I have no idea what I’m actually reviewing as Best Buy will not show me the product but hey, anything for that gift card am I right dads? But I digress, regardless of what it was, but I had bought which could be any number of things. I’m always satisfied with the availability in the product that I receive at Best Buy. Except for that one clearance mag safe iote car mount would not hold up my iPhone 15

I purchased this microwave for the locker/break room at my work. It is identical to the one I purchased over six years ago, which finally succumbed to constant use and abuse. It is quiet, powerful and was relatively inexpensive.

Just exactly what i wanted. Super clear picture. Easy to operate. This was a replacement for a tv just like it that i bought when they first came out with this technology.

Great product to use and convenient with the smart application to monitor our clothes while out of the house. Energy efficient loving the multiple washing/drying options we have now and the unit is quite!:)

I absolutely love the Bose earbuds. The sound quality is incredible, they fit perfectly in my ear, and the battery life lasts for days! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Love love love my products. I remember the day I went in to purchase my appliances at Best Buy Lakewood, Ca. The experience was second to none. The salesperson was attentive, honest and thorough. I ended up purchasing Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. I will be going back when I’m ready to upgrade.
