just traveled 2000 miles through west africa in very hot, humid and dusty environment with very limited or no access to power. This unit never failed regardless of the environment and physical abuse it had to take. Couldn't say the same for other products that failed under those conditions.

I took this power bank with me on a trip to Europe* and never had to worry about having enough power for my iPhone 6 and iPad air, no matter how many hours I was away from the hotel, or how many photos I took with my phone. Because it charges your devices so quickly, I could easily top off my phone's battery by hooking it up to the power bank in my bag for a few minutes while taking a taxi or walking to my next point of interest. Living in California, I think it is also a really smart idea to have something that will be able to recharge my phone several times over in the event of an earthquake . Yes, there are smaller power banks, but this one isn't that much bigger, or weigh much, considering how much more useful it is than something with barely enough power to recharge one phone slowly. I love that I can charge two devices at once! *The power bank is rated for both American and European current, you just have to use your own adapter plug, since it doesn't come with the European style adapter.

during hurricane aftermath was a really reliable product to have to be able to charge two smart phones at the same time, charge it at the motel then use it all day when we would be having to go to our house where we did not have any power

This particular product was recommended by my daughters friend in college. As she is going to be traveling we wanted a product that would be both reliable and easy to use. Also this charger would give a longer charge than any other product we researched. Thanks Best Buy.

While waiting for manufacturer to warranty replace the one that stopped working, bought this one. It’s even better. Charges super fast and although it is bulkier, my wife loves it. I love being able to charge 2 devices at once AND even charge the bank while charging devices. I totally recommend this brand. Register it and submit your receipt and your warranty replacement will be faster. Luckily, I was able to get customer service to print a duplicate receipt and I was still within the 1 year warranty, so now I will have two. The slim one, and this heavy duty one. These things are excellent for situations where you cannot use an outlet and need to get a full charge. The best thing is that it’ll fully charge 2 devices from nearly 0% and still have 50% capacity.

I decided to buy one of these after a friend of mine charged my dead 'phone up with his one. I ended going back and buying a further one for my wife. We travel a lot so it's great to know we'll always have back up for our 'phones and i-pads.

The item does what it is supposed to do and holds a number of charges without being super clunky. It charges very quickly as well which is great. I also like the option of charging a couple of phones at once so we only have to carry one when we travel as a family. I would have preferred a longer chord but its not a deal breaker. You have to shake the item to see the remaining charge which is kind of annoying but again not a deal breaker. It would be nice to have an on and off button to ensure that you are not losing charge when you unplug your device.

Love the large capacity. I can charge my iPhone and iPad and still have battery life left for using with something else. Recharges relatively quickly.

The charger works great, just wish it was a little lighter. Lasts a good amount of time, and charges my iPhone 5s about 4-5x from empty before it needs to be recharged.

I am super critical but super fair. I don't believe in giving a review 3 stars just because an item comes scratched or smells funny. With that said, overall, this is a good battery. It's a bit on the heavy side and takes a while for it to be fully charged but you have to expect that. I returned one because I thought it was faulty. One of the USBs was very tight. But the other one I got was the same way. Not a deal breaker though. Charged my iPhone, note 5 and iPad mini and still had juice left. And the price was great as well. Definitely an item to consider of going hiking or even at work with no access to an AC outlet.

I purchased this to replaced a mophie that came with a usb cord. the mophie malfunctioned twice and needed something where I could use a usb cable. Originally had a less mah and bought this instead. wow what a difference charges quiclkly and doesn't need to be recharged constatnly

This charger works just great. I was pleasantly surprised, it charges the phone very quickly, with lots of power left to charge other devices. I'm very very happy.

I have both Nexus 6 and Nexus 6P. This came in handy for our New Years celebration at Disney. We were there all day, and this had enough amps to charge both devices at the same time. It kept our batteries charged to take of those important photos and Periscope Live videos. The price was high, but it was the only device I found (In-Store) that could achieve what I wanted.

It charges two devices at one time. Great convenience since I have both an iPhone and IPad. The best thing is that after it is fully charged it holds it for a very long time. I also like that it has indicator lights showing how much charge is left. My only negative is that for the price it could include the short cable for plugging your device into it.

I have spent countless dollars on stupid little chargers only to have them die after a couple uses. No more! This bad boy charges anything I plug into it super quick, and can charge multiple times before it needs to be charged again. It's perfect!

This battery back up is awesome and it did exactly what I needed it to do , when I started Uber my phone ran out of battery only a few hours and this happened even when it was on my car charger , the reason it drained so fast was because the Uber app drains 68% of you power source . So I bought this battery backup charged to its full capacity before using . The key to using this is to plug the battery back up to your port then plugging the phone to the battery backup, this way the battery backup stays on constant charge from your car and the phone battery stays charged all day , I ran for 12 hours and the phone battery never dropped below 70% . I highly recommend getting the extended warranty, it was only 11.00 dollars for two years .

Havn’t had it long but it holds a charge very well and can charge my iphone 5 times. This unit is much smaller than other packs with the same capacity.

Wife loves it. I purchased this as a Christmas present for my wife. She is a nurse and always on the go. So she always complained she would run out of battery power. But no more! It works beautiful.

i decided to spend a little more on a portable charger because of the reviews i read before buying. it does charge my phone very fast. and the charger battery lasts a long time. i only have two problems otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars. the cord it came with is so short you need to hold the charger and phone at the same time if you need to use your phone while it charges. which makes things awkward. my other problem is how long it takes to recharge the battery pack. just keep in mind if you do buy this it does take 6-8 hours to recharge the battery.

Works just like it's supposed to. Fully charged, it provides about 3.5 charges worth on my LG G6 and LG Gpad X 8.0 (might have more charges in it for older devices with smaller batteries). It doesn't support fast-charging with my G6, but it may with other phones. It is, however, able to charge (not just maintain) while playing YouTube, which to me is the biggest battery drain. My only real issue is it takes a LONG time to charge the power bank itself. I haven't actually timed it but it's close to 24 hours if it's fully drained. So, you have to plan ahead if you want it fully charged for a long trip, for example.
