I think this a great idea for Mac Thunderbolt powered devices. As a stand alone portable battery it is expensive. With the ability to charge your Mac without having to worry about an outlet this rocks. It is compact and allows for usb charging. I would suggest to skip on this, as there are better devices at a better price with similar features that offer more.

This is easy to use, compact and bombproof. Plug it in to the wall to charge and plug your devices into it when you need a remote charge. Perfect for someone on the go..

I purchased this charger for a long road trip. So far it has worked adequately. It was used to charge my smartphone and other smaller devices. I am yet to use it on a Mac Book.

Comes in handy when i have to backup my phone and laptop. It is very light and easy to carry around.

This was a last minute purchase for a business trip as I needed an external battery for my Macbook which only has USB-C I was also wanting to have a charge for my nintendo switch while on the plane rides to and from. It worked great, I was a little confused at first with the charge light as I didn't read the instruction pamphlet, but when I got back it all made sense. I would recommend plugging it into the wall before taking it out into the field.

It takes awhile to fully charge, but it works well.

I was looking for 1 backup power source that could charge ALL all my gadgets. This fits the bill as it will charge my MacBook too

FYI, this may be a good charger, but it does NOT work with a MacBook Pro (2016) -- it's not powerful enough. I would still recommend to a friend for any purpose other than this. It was a nice compact charger with lots of power -- just not enough for a MacBook Pro.

This unit is small and easy to charge & use. Be careful when opening the packaging, as the required USB 3 charging cable is short, black and can be easily misplaced. Shaking the unit to see change level is a clever feature.

I'm not sure that this item is worth the price. Unfortunately, this is the only portable charger out there for the newest MacBook...

For any trips, this great, portable device is indeed indispensable!

It's a battery and it does that job just great. What I really appreciate is that you can charge the battery and the computer at the same time! Better worded - you can charge the battery and have a computer and phone connected to the battery at the same time, and they will all charge at once. Big deal because in other examples I could either charge the battery or the computer but never both at the same time. Huge deal for traveling when you get to a destination at night and want to just plug everything in and have it ready to go in the morning. Excellent product!

the power bank is sturdy and has a great power capacity but i purchased this for my Microsoft surface go. it would keep it from dying but as far as actively charging it fell short. also has no digital display so kinda just shot in the dark on the remaining charge

I needed to get a charger pack to take to China. This has been amazing, it is able to charge my phone and my computer. I would certainly recommend it to you if you are looking for a battery pack!

It really does charge an iPhone twice before it loses juice. It does take a couple hours to recharge the pack though.
