To start off i was a little disappointed that the controller is not bluetooth. It only uses Bluetooth to pair a headset to the controller. You cannot connect to a device by bluetooth. You must use the USB dongle. So when I use it on my PC it takes up a USB port. With that out the way the PC software is good at best. The controller itself is fair. I got mines on sale but I will say that I would not pay full price for this.

Buttons on the back panals could be alot better the feel is great even tho i have only one thumb, hence my hand doesnt grip it fully. Sticks feel nice but no vibration and lacks connecting to some headphones and you have to use a app to check deadzones so a bit shaky

The controller and the additional buttons have helped me step up my gaming abilities. I play alot of first person shooter games and it works great for them.

This is a high quality controller, but it is also lacking in many key areas. *(some of the issues are due to Sony not allowing 3rd party peripherals to use a lot of standard features)*
-The thing I noticed right away is that there is only a quick start quite included, not instructions, but it also lists the website to go to for instructions.. Ok great, you go there and it gives a very spartan pictorial of what the buttons and switches do, and a link to download the PC software needed to calibrate and program the controller. It is not the most user friendly controller I've used, and the lack of an app makes it harder.
-If you want to use it wireless, you need to plug a dongle into your PS5 to do so, also if you have a wireless headset then the mute button on the controller doesn't work.
-I like the feel of the sticks, but I wish there was a way to lower them, it's a thick controller so with higher sticks it's a stretch to hold.
The R2 /L2 triggers are curved forward which makes it harder yet to reach.
-The 4 back buttons aren't in the best spot. There are 2 about where most controllers with back buttons place them, but then there are 2 closer to the bottom inside edge of the lower horn. These are a problem for me and I had to deactivate them because they are sensitive, and I found that I clicked them just by holding the controller. Then in the middle of all this there is the profile button next to the top right back button, below that are a volume up, Bluetooth, and volume down. It's really easy to hit the profile by accident causing your configuration to change.
-(Issues due to Sony) You can not turn your PS5 on with the controller, no haptic feedback, and no adaptive triggers.
There needs to be a mobile app, or Sony needs to allow nacom to make a PS5 app like the one the edge controller has for this to be a viable option to most players. Like I said, the quality of the product is top notch, but aside from that it is like they finished the hardware, and forgot about the software and personalization aspects.
My final verdict is I will probably stick to my Dualsense edge for now, and just hope they release hall effect sticks at some point.

A great controller!! Works very well for fps games. A worth while purchase and I am glad I did it! I would recommend this controller. You can add weight to it, change the buttoms and adjust the triggers!!

If I could master mapping the sticks this would a very elite controller. But for someone that uses back buttons, this isn't a good option because they're very easy to hit. I have to actually turn off all the back buttons so when playing my game my character don't just start diving and jumping everywhere
