Started the process at 8pm finally gave up at 10pm. Pairing process is a nightmare, once paired, the camera didn’t work. Reset, pair, error notice, repeat. Will be returning

Been trying to days. I can get it to pair but thats as far as it goes. Customer support takes forever to get back. Was gonna take it back but that time has passed. Really disappointed on how hard it is to setup through the app.

Fractionally as responisve as hue despite the massive increase in zones. Full second delays frequently (its not router speeds). Worst of all, the app is just awful and hasn’t improved in the slightest over 4 years. Took 2 units and 5 days to get the lights working for more than 30 minutes without becoming unreachable and 2 of my other nanoleaf products have decided to quit working entirely without regular full resets since I added these…. Work fine if I reset the 4d and leave it unset up. I’m just done with nano. Period.

Would give this a zero if I was able to, got it all hooked up and it wouldn’t connect to either of my apps. Ended up having to take it down and return it.

Having the most hardest time resetting it to adjust the lights and have it sync with the app. Customer service of the product is not that helpful either.
