I bought two Microsoft Elite PC (XBOX) controllers. One for myself and one for my wife. The one for my wife was a gift, so I had it giftwrapped in the gift options. When I get my wife something, I can’t keep my mouth shut so I told her before had that she’s going to get something in a blue and silver giftwrap. When the controllers came, they were both in cardboard boxes. None of them were giftwrapped. I thing since I bought two they didn’t pay attention to my order as they should. This usually happen with subway orders if one has ranch and the other one doesn’t, it shouldn’t happen with giftwraps. The controllers are awesome though and BestBuy customer services (over the phone) are the best (Not so much in store)!!!

The summary says it all: it was the minimum required.

I used this for a gift I purchased for a friend of mine, Seemed to work, I remember talking about it to him but don't remember details of it. I think he said in was in a pretty bag.

I didn't use it because I end up replacing the present

Did this option for Mother's Day and my dad's birthday. Very convenient. Also appreciate that there is an actual box carrying the gift wrapped box so that nothing gets torn apart during the shipping.

Very happy with the gift wrapping since this was a Christmas gift. I had forgotten that it would be gift wrapped and when I rec it all I had to do was put it under the tRene. Thanks again.

An excellent job was done on a new Apple Watch that was sent out of state. The recipient reported to me over the Holidays, how delightful the package looked sittung under the Tree. Good Job...

I love buying gifts for people but hate the presentation of a "gift bag". I try to actually wrap a gift (lost art) each time, but if someone will do it for me... I'm in!!

Ordering this packaging was such a great decision as this was a Xmas present and i didn’t have to wrap it myself. This was very classy looking. Would definitely do again.

They did better than I could've done. It was delivered intact and with a lot of protection (it was a computer). I will probably use their gift wrapping service again

Used gift wrapping service and was worried as i thought it wouldn’t be attractive. Recipient said it was very nice looking before they ripped into the gift.

I order a iPad and cover/keyboard for my wife for Christmas. I selected for them to be gift wrapped and the boxes they came in were very nice and well made

I bought the gift for my wife but wanted it to be a surprize so when the gift arrived and she open the box she found a very nicely wrapped gift in side the box.

I think the gift wrapping service is very helpful! I saw it and it looked simple, slick and elegant. It is perfect for whoever you want to give your gift to!

I didn't see it initially because no one keeps the gift wrapping but I received a picture of how it looked and it was worth the extra money

The Christmas wrapping paper they used to wrap my item in was perfect. I just took it out of the shipping box and put it right under tree

nothing much to say. they place your purchased item into a sleeve type box and ship it where you want it. if needed, I would so it again.

The packaging arrived without damage The boxes are nicely put together and I'm giving them without wrapping paper because they look so nice !!
