I went into watching this movie the first time not knowing how the combination of Seth Rogan & Zac Efron would work. By the first 15 minutes, my sides already hurt from laughter and it didn't stop. The movie was great and the special features bring some of the behind the scenes stuff out that is just as fun.

Movies are always a very big part of my entertainment and always have been. On top of that, I have always found that Best Buy has a great selection as well as incredibly good prices (if not the best). I have also completely turned the rest of my family into Best Buy lovers who have bought 3 large appliances from them in the last year with absolute satisfaction!!! Keep up the great quality and standards!!

Am a fan of Seth Rogen and love seeing movies he either writes or directs. This was neither unfortunately, but it was still a great Fraternity film as it was called. Was sad that this wasn't an unrated or Directors cut and the extra features are minimal, but Universal did a good job regardless.

Thi movie definitely had it's share of funny moments. The plot was a little crazy as a frat house moved into a normal neighborhood, but how else could they write the craziness that ensues. Not receommened for kids as there is a lot of partying, but overall a good 90 mins of entertainment.

Dont go in expecting a smart movie go in just expecting something fun and you wont be disappointed. Frat buys, crude jokes, and lots of partying with a hilarious cast of characters whom if you pretty much liked thier movies in the past then you will enjoy this one

This is a funny film, and we love the actors in it. It definitely deserved the R rating though. I wish films like this could be cleaned up just a bit so that we could comfortably share them with our younger teens. Some of the content just seems unnecessary, but it's a fun-to-watch movie!

I love Seth Rogen movies and this one is good. It's not as good as Knocked Up but it's a lot better than Funny People. I didn't think I'd ever like Zac Efron but he was pretty good in this. MAD TV's Ike Barinholtz was a great side character in the movie, wishing he had a bigger role.

Typical frat house comedy. Seth Rogan plays Seth Rogan best again in this one. It is a funny movie, and will have you laughing, but in the end, if you have seen previews and movie trailers since it's theatrical launch, you've just about seen most of the funniest parts already.

This blu ray disc was flawless in it's production. None of the discs in the case had even the slightest hint of a scratch. The case was well made and held the discs securely, yet the discs were not difficult to remove. This was a well produced and engineered product. The movie wasn't bad either.

This is a good movie and I say just that, a good movie. It is a little over the top and really pushes the limits of right and wrong. The movie is rather comical at times. I do not recommend letting kids watch this as there are some very suggestive situations going on.

Neighbors is a very funny movie for older children to watch I should say teens because I would not allow younger children to watch and I don't think it would be appropriate. On that note it's super funny for adults and has a lot of underlying humor.

Seth Rogan at his funniest! This movie was non-stop funny! You have your family next door raising their young baby, trying to adapt now that they have rowdy college kids living next door. You can just imagine how this will turn out. The pranks, the parties, the day afters, it has it all! This is one movie definitely worth renting! And watching again and again!

This movie is hilarious from beginning to end. If you are looking for a care free movie that will get you laughing then this is the movie for you. The characters blend and work very well together. I highly recommend purchasing this movie for your home collection!

I purchased this movie just for laughs and I got just that. The extras contained the scenes from the tv commercials that were missing from the feature film. Overall, Rogen and Efron have good chemistry and this proves to be a raunchy and funny college movie.

This movie is hillarious. Recommended if your looking to laugh through the whole thing. Rogen tends to star in raunchy comedies, and this movie is no different. Great story about what happens when a Frat moves in next door to a 30 something couple with a baby. Blu Ray Quality is also excellent. Many special features to keep you busy after the movie.

I did not expect to like this as strongly as I did. It's an astonishing mix of sophomoric humor and intelligent characters (and the sequel actually improves upon this!!). Absolutely give it a chance, even if it's not your normal type of movie.

All of the actors in the movie do a nice job with the roles they are given. The plot is undoubtedly predictable, but it's just good fun and Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne are hilarious at some points. Just saw the sequel and it was okay as well.

I shied away from this movie until I seen it on HBO. It was very funny to me and I'm 43. Most of the humor is quite clever and sophomoric at the same time. It surprised me how good it was after being panned by most "professional film critics".

Neighbors is pretty much what you would expect from a Seth Rogen film. Lots of stupid gags and some pretty gross ones too. But if you know that going in, then you'll probably enjoy it. Zac Efron and Dave Franco really steal the film. Some of the husband and wife scenes go on a bit too long. Overall, if you want mindless comedy, go for it.
