I wouldn't call it a great movie, but definitely had some good laughs. Pretty predictable but if your expectations are just to get a couple of good laughs, you'll be entertained.

I got this cheap on a sale deal thinking it would be a really funny comedy as i usually enjoy a Seth Rogen film. I thought how bad could it be? This one wasn't real good at all. The premise seemed good, but it really fell flat. It wasn't very funny. It was pretty boring for the most part and just about everything else was toilet humor. I love a good comedy with some toilet humor, but this was honestly pretty brutal. The set is only worth it if you can find it for $5 maybe? Even then, i'd say pass!

the movie was good, and funny... but i did expect it to be a but more. over all i would recomend it to someone but i would would tell them to wait till it goes on sale.

I found this movie funny at times. I'm not a big fan of Seth Rogen but my son is and he found it to be hilarious. Good for a laugh but not much more in my opinion.

Wasn't the funniest movie ever, but worth a view. Had a few good scenes that will make you laugh out loud. Apparently funny enough to have a sequel.

The cast was great and the lines were good I just don't know if I liked the story line all about how this guy couldn't grow up and face the real world ...bs!!

As is so often the case these days, some of the funniest bits (like the airbag gag) were all in the trailers for this one. Still some funny moments though.

If you like the frat house movies, you might like this one. I heard it was hilarious, so I bought it. I found about 4 parts funny. The rest was stupid.

Neighbors is a movie that at first glance has all the makings for a entertaining comedy. Funny concept and talented actors/actresses. In my opinion, the problem is in the writing. It's very basic, slapstick almost, comedy that never really finds it's depth. Seth is a great comedian, but it felt like he was constrained by his one-dimensional role. The intention was there, but the movie just fell short of the expectations. Best scenes are in the previews.

Not great nor is it bad. It is a typical "Rogan & Crew" flick. It has its moments, but overall lacks. I would rent not buy if I had it to do over.

I'm a big fan of a lot of the actors in this movie. However I think the plot was a little dry. Had some funny moments but overall expected more.
