Great machine to make different types of coffee but mine leaked underneath, brand new just few days of having it & ruined my wood :/ Left the paper towel underneath like the customer service person asked & to check in 1hr & call them back. For such high price this machine shouldn’t do that, they need to fix that issue… saw in other review the same issues of water leaking.

For the price its worth it. My girlfriend was going to Starbucks and Dutch bros like 2x a day. But now that i got her this that aint nonmore. So easy to find out how to make starbucks drinks on tik tok and this little machine does it as great if not better then them.

After having one of the smaller Vertuos for several months and loving the coffee and almost endless flavors, I decided to splurge on the Creatista. We had just renovated the kitchen and the stainless steel machine fit in perfectly with its elegant look on the counter. With counter top space at a premium due to all the different appliances on the market, the Nespresso was one of the more sleek options for a coffee machine that also steams milk. We love the machine and never intend to go back to pouring ground coffee into a filter again. Please be responsible and recycle the pods, Nespresso makes it very easy to do with free recycle bags with the shipping paid for.

Absolutely love it! Makes great quality coffee. I honestly have no desire for store bought coffee when I can make it better myself

Purchased 11/30/2023; discovered today that it has been leaking underneath and has actually warped my coffee bar cabinet that was also purchased within the past 6 months.

Beautiful machine but bigger than I thought. Make sure you have enough counter space. As other reviewers mentioned, I will occasionally find that it leaks, but I believe this is from the removable tray that catches the water that is automatically discharged from the frothing wand after each use (for cleaning the wand). I set my unit on an old plastic cutting board that I don’t use, and make sure I empty/rinse the tray after every 2 or 3 uses. I love the frothing wand as opposed to the separate stand alone frothers that other nespresso units use. The wand is so much more convenient and easy to clean. That is really why I bought this machine. Slight learning curve as you have to learn the different frother settings for lates, capuchinos etc., and also the main button to start the coffee brew is double pressed for an espresso pour rather than single pressed for a coffee pour. You’ll have to read the directions and experiment a bit, but the unit does come with a coffee sample pack. Note that the vertuo line pods are expensive, about a dollar each on up, and come in 4 or 5 different sizes for different sized coffee pours, from 1.35 ounces for a single espresso to 7.7 ounces for a full cup of coffee. Im guessing if you are a nespresso fan the cost is worth it. The water container it pulls from is large and can produce many coffee’s before refilling. The same for the used pod container. It is quite large. 4 stars only because this unit is a significant cash outlay and other vertuo nespresso machines with separate frothing units can be had for half the price.

Great machine that is super easy to use and gives a decent “espresso” for what it is. The milk frother works extremely well with oat milk (using Oatly low-fat) too. Knocking down one star because our machine randomly stopped working, but thankfully we have Total Tech so are receiving our replacement in a couple of days. I have read online that some Nespresso machines can be faulty, not sure if this is one of them. That said, I would purchase this using Total Tech just in case you have problems. Will update review if there are further issues with Machine #2.

This is my favorite coffee & espresso machine I've ever had! Nespresso capsules always provide freak coffee with rich crema. The versatility of the Vertuo capsules is a huge plus vs the original Nespresso Creatista where the largest size is lungo. The options are minimal in purchasing as I've only found capsules available through Nespresso or Starbucks. This causes price per cup to average about $1 whereas the prices are much more competitive with the original line. I have my friends hooked on this machine as well.

I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Creatista by Breville! I used to go to Starbucks every day for my daily caffeine dose but now I am saving so much money. The Latte's are just as delicious as the ones I used to spend so much money on. I am so happy with my purchase and I should have bought one of these sooner. Buy one, you will not regret it.

Came from a Nespresso Vertuo Chrome that served us well, but after about 2 years quality of coffee started to degrade, grinds showed up in every cup, and leaks everywhere. Wanted something new but dependable and consistent good cups of coffee, researched and found this one, pretty much top of the lline you can get for the VertuoLine pods, and it is well worth the money! Every cup is flavorful, straight coffee, no water pours (like with the Chrome - 1/2 oz of coffee mixed with grind debris and 6/7 oz or so of just hot water). Love this machine, every cup is a pleasure to make and drink, great taste, quick and super easy to clean. This is definitely the one to get! Make sure to thoroughly read the instructions and you'll be good to go.

I just return Breville espresso machine. It makes great latte. I Would recommend but it is little pricey

Makes great coffee but the unit leaks water. Brought it back for an exchange under the protection plan. Now the new one is also leaking. I bought a rubber matt to put under it until I can figure out what to do. It was starting to ruin my butcher block countertop. Don’t know what to do next. I need to contact Best Buy and/or the manufacturer to see what to do…

Very easy to use. The frother is excellent except the temperature doesn't get as hot as my wife would like it. Have learned to pour some into a cup, heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then add espresso to the other container, swirl it and pour into the heated cup. For me, regular Starbucks pods are great.

Great product. I need a product that would serve more than one cup at a time and this Nespresso does just that, Plus the Frother is great

I love my machine! I received an upgrade and this is just the icing on top. A must have in every home. I love pulling shots but this machine requires less work and the coffee is just as strong when pulling shots manully.

I purchased this as a raffle because I already own one. If you think spending this much on a Nespresso machine is crazy, buy and you will see. Better than Restuarant cappuccino's and espresso's.

Not only is this a beautiful coffeemaker, but every coffee you make in it is delicious. Highly recommend it.
