1. Open the Google Home app
2. Tap Favorites or Devices
3. Tap and hold your device's tile.
4. At the top right, tap Settings > Audio > Equalizer.
5. Adjust Bass and Treble levels.

Avoid Google Nest/Home Products
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my Google Nest Audio speakers (3 of them) for a number of years but as time has marched on, Google has seen to destroying a wonderful product. Google Assistant rarely responded in the end, with the right actions or information, Gemini has only made things worse with it regularly saying to use native apps to control smart devices or listen to audio instead of doing the things the Google Nest Audio was marketed as doing. You're better off getting any other smart home speaker, itll be less headache in the long run.

Sound is good for price, but heavy sound delays

Soundwise its good for a standard speaker if you're just trying to get music. Nice and loud, lows aren't too heavy, mids and highs are just right for the price. Works as intended for a random speaker in your house. When it comes to bluetooth connectivity its lacking. My old small Sony XRB12 pairs with any device and has minimal sound delay. The Google Nest Audio has a very noticeable lag. I mainly wanted this as a higher utility alternative for, nojust music or asking google silly questions, but as a room speaker for a TV. I initially bought two and when paired together sound good, but the delay is even worse. You'd think with Googles market value they wouldn't have these issues.

They didn't need to have any other devices other than googke home app on phone to be able to use it in their bedroom or living area and are very happy with my gift. I recommend!

It can definitely play music very well but that is only one aspect when you purchase a Google Home device. I replaced a Google Home mini with this speaker in our living room which is quite large and open floor plan with 14 feet tall ceilings. If youre on the front side of the speaker it has 0 problem hearing you and performing actions. We have a couch table behind our couch in the living area and the speaker is facing out to the other areas in our living room. When on the couches its 50/50 if it will even hear you when talking to it which is disappointing but pointing it towards the couches resolves the issue.
