There are a couple of reasons that may be causing the offline issues you are experiencing with Nest Audio. Here are some recommended steps you can try that can prove to be helpful with the issue:
- Check for possible congestion in your Wi-Fi network. Removing some of your connected devices can help free up some bandwidth space. You may then check to see if you will still experience the same connectivity issue.
- You may also check for possible sources of interference such as the thick walls and appliances in your home.
- Resetting Nest Audio is also a good idea to try out. This process will erase all data and you may need to set up your account again. To reset, check out this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477

Definitely not an option if your looking for a rich, dynamic sound quality.

Google Assistant rarely responded in the end, with the right actions or information, Gemini has only made things worse with it regularly saying to use native apps to control smart devices or listen to audio instead of doing the things the Google Nest Audio was marketed as doing. You're better off getting any other smart home speaker, itll be less headache in the long run.

The nest is the newer version. We like it ok... It's larger so the speakers are more powerful....but the routines action is a lot slower than the original.

After syncing their lights and TV plus roku to this they found it much easier to enjoy their time out there. Once they knew what it could do and how to do it they absolutely loved it and so simple for them. It's so much easier to say hey Google turn off the lights then having to get up once your comfy and turn them off.

If looking for a speaker with features this is the one. Looking for a loud speaker? Might have to look at the others. I have mine in my office at work so I don't need the loudness.
