Been using this smart lock for over a year now. It works great and has given me no issues whatsoever. My only issue is that my wife keeps accidentally changing the entry code when I'm not home. Hopefully she will text me the new code soon. It's raining out here now and I'm hungry.

Waited years for this lock to come to market as I have multiple other Nest products. Setup was super easy and ties into the Nest environment to keep my home secure. Batteries last On average 3 Months with a family of 7 going in and out during the day. Know when the kids get home or when someone leaves. Best lock on the market.

I think that the purchase of this Nest Yale Smart Lock was one of the BEST things I have bought in such a LONG time!!! First, it has excellent reviews (which mine is one of), but secondly.... it's a YALE lock... one of the BEST lock manufacturers out there. My wife and I decided that we were tired of losing keys, not finding them, or not being able to give friends/relatives keys, etc. NOW with this Nest Yale Smart Lock.... not only can we open our door with the app, but we can give friends/relatives their own codes to get in. AND... the best part... what if we forgot to lock the door when we go out? Not only does the Nest App ask you to lock it because it doesn't detect us home, but I can manually check the App to make sure the doors are locked (we bought two of these). Installation was simple. Quality of build... excellent!!! Definitely a great purchase!!

I replaced my original hardware with this smart lock and it’s pretty good. Fairly easy install and programming for any newbie. I just got it so I’m still interested to see how long it takes to change out batteries. The only thing is that there is no key access so any issues arise you will need a backup to get in the house (i.e. backyard, garage) if it doesn’t unlock. But overall I’m liking it thus far.

After much research, I chose this device for our new house. It has not disappointed me. Installation and set-up were easy. In less than an hour I had it up and running. Operation has been flawless. One of the best features is the temporary pass code settings which I have used successfully a couple times. Overall, I am very pleased with the Nest Yale Smart lock.

Very easy to install and use. I thought it was going to be a pain but it's not, just be handy with tools and read the instructions. Fingerprints are seen on the surface after awhile but they are easily wiped away. If it was a smudge proof surface I would like that better

Product exceeds expectations. We are working on making our home a smart home and this was a very good purchase. I do wish that Nest integrated with Alexa products (specifically the cameras), but the product is very easy to install and set up for multiple users. Will most likely purchase different smart locks for the rest of the exterior doors due to price.

I love this lock!! The keypad doesn't hold fingerprints, so I don't have to clean it monthly for worry someone will trace the codes. The voice is easily heard (may or may not be great) when the lock doesn't secure. The ability to set up codes for vendors, family, and friends is so great and the connection is stable, even through storms.

Nice build, easy install, easy and quick to set up multiple users and pass codes, get notices as soon as someone locks or unlocks door with specific code used, only misleading info was I thought I could unlock it when I'm away from house, you can't, doesn't just automatically unlock door when you're close like it implies, you have to open app or put in code.

This last one we purchased as a gift. However we have owned one for several years. Best Lock out there! Always works well, easy to install and easy to set up regular and temporary codes.

This lock is amazing! I can give my pet sitter and contactor different codes, see who went in and what time. The only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! Don't wait! Buy it!

Too many features to discuss, but this is a truly solid smart lock. You don't need Nest Aware, but this pairs very well with Nest Hello. Lasts for 4-6 months on fresh batteries. Even if the batteries die, you can use a 9V battery on the bottom to provide temporary power for emergency entry.

I installed this by myself was pretty simple and if you are somewhat handy or installed a door knob you can figure this out without paying for the install. Works nicely so far as i have had it for about a week now.
