    The software for load is a little glitchy. My computer always says that it cant recognize it, but somehow it works?

    Had these for years and needed another one for he wife working at home...Solid signal working on first floor with router on second floor. Pair this with a Netgear modem/router and I forget Im on wifi. See no difference between my hardwired desktop and the remote desktops. Definite buy...its Netgears main business. If you have computers without USB 3.0 and higher you wont see the full speed though due to hardware limitations
