    Product did not work right out the box. Had to google search fixes and found out that there is some weird firmware issue with the product that requires you to enter your control panel, into an area I have never had any business being in, and making some changes. Once I got that going, the USB device worked, but the nifty looking tower piece still continued to not work. I ended up calling it a day and ran Ethernet in my walls and planned to save this for a rainy day.
