    This was a good shopping experience. I was switching to wireless internet and needed to upgrade the wireless capability of my two towers. I bought one to make sure everything would work. It did, so I went back to my Best Buy store to buy a second. I was surprised to find the price had gone up considerably. However one of your sale people reduced the price to the sales price I had paid the previous week. Thanks

    The wireless adapter is the only thing that is allowing me to access the internet so it is a Godsend. The only problem I have had is that the product did not work when I plugged it directly into my USB port. It is only working when I have it plugged into the desktop dock. The dock reception appears to only work when it is on the desk as it does not work when located on top of the computer underneath the desk.
