Geek Squad had to come out so I could get internet

The set up should be easy but it wasn't compatible with a 3.0USB port like it said it was so I couldn't get the internet but didn't know why. I had to pay to have Geek Squad come out to set it up so I could get the internet. It's been 2 weeks and I again DO NOT have access to the internet!!!

Awesome purchase

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The netgear ac1200 dual band usb adapter corrected the problem I was having with my old WIFI adapter. Periodically the old adapter was dropping my WIFI connectivity. The new adapter has corrected this problem with no connectivity issues. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.
