Bought this so my son could connect to our wifi using a dell laptop with Windows XP. Software installed but errors popped up. Pop up errors did not stop unit from connecting to our wifi jus the connection was intermittent. Unit might work better with a more recent OS.

Fastest wireless adapter that I have used to date.

I don't want to be too hard on this product, because I use it in a room that is on the opposite end of the house from the main wireless router. In that respect, it really does a good job of picking up the wifi...WHEN it wants to. Sometimes it remains connected to the router but won't allow me to browse the web. I have found, though, that removing wireless mouse and keyboard sets make it work better (since they operate on the same frequency), and there is usually a "sweet spot" you must find as well. For me it's as simple as elevating it slightly, sitting it on top of my computer speakers. Since I moved it there it's done a pretty good job. The speed is more than acceptable, and it cuts through the walls of the house better than I expected it to. Overall it does its job well, but still sometimes only works when it wants to.

We bought this at the suggestion of a friend, it has worked great and allowed us to have great wireless service with our desktop computer that we have in a room where it could not be hardwired.

It's hard to rave about one of these but it works.

This is a great Wireless Adapter. Excellent throughput and stable connection. Also good range. However Windows 10 can create driver conflicts if it attempts to overwrite the existing driver. So do make sure you complete the disk installation carefully.

Helped to connect to internet without a lot of work

Works well, no problems have been encountered.....

Got the device, unwrapped it and plugged it in and it fired right up. Have been getting much better throughput than the old single-band a/b/g-class built in device. The included stand and flip-up antenna are nice, too, but I haven't needed the antenna extended for great reception.

The thing works well. It was a bit difficult to get working but it might have been my fault. The computer i was going to use this on does not have a disk drive and you need to use the cd it comes with or download stuff from the website online.

Did the job without any problems easy to install !

Expected this to boost my Wi-Fi connection and it did not. Purchased a new gaming computer and manufacturer recommended adapter. Turned out to be a waste of money with very little improvement. Windows 10 compatibility is also an issue needing to restart connection program each time computer is booted.
