After purchasing a new gaming computer, the Wi-Fi won’t connect. I returned to Best Buy and their Geek Squad team recommended this device. It easily solved the problem. Highly recommend this.

I have a perfectly good, but older laptop, except for the fact that its wireless card died. Instead of buying a much more expensive product that required installation by pros, I was shown this product. It works great. Now I can use this laptop for things that require an internet connection.

This is great for improving your wi-fi signal strength on the go or in a home. The included USB dock is a great added bonus for extending the antenna. Highly recommended for those who need better wifi signal.

The WiFi portion works great. Bought it for a friend for his 15th day. It was his first computer. Sadly, it only had a CD for the drivers. Had to bust out a laptop to copy setup drivers to a thumb drive coz new computers don’t always have CD readers.

Was skeptical about getting a usb Wi-Fi receiver, got this one and it works great. You can download the install driver online and I get a steady 100mbs which is my max internet speed

It does its job, I simply needed it for wifi access. I do believe it could be better.

We purchased this item when the network card in my desktop died. The hardware is easy to plug in, but the software installation is glitchy. It asks to search the internet for drivers, but because I was without network card, there WAS no internet. Bleh. But we eventually got it working and it seems to be reliable.

I have had a few other cheaper WIFI adapters and this is the best one i have had. The other ones I had problems with drop outs and lost connection. So far I have not had one lost connection at all. Over all I am very happy with this adapter.

Used this item for 2 years before my company upgraded my computer. Works perfectly as long as you do NOT put anything metal in front of the transmitter.

Simple setup and works great with old school desktop

Not the most reliable, but also not unreliable! I'm so glad to own two of these and have them on hand when needed. (Which has been surprisingly often the last 3 years!) The docking station is super convenient too!

Fits my needs, I was using a PC that doesn't have wireless capability and my long ethernet cable latch broke off so I figured I should get a wireless connection to my gateway this one looked like it would fit my need.

Not sure how it works because it didn't work with my imac. I was having trouble connecting to my home wifi and the Geek squad sent me to this product for an easy cheap fix. I was hoping it would work instead of replacing the internal modem in the imac but of course the product did not work with the apple products.

I bought a small format computer for my son. It did not have Wi-Fi built in so I went to best buy and found this little baby. It has done an excellent job so far. No connectivity issues, easy to set up and, small enough to not take up too much space on his desktop.

Our old wireless adapter was no longer functioning reliably, so we purchased this one. Good decision! Much, much faster and very reliable connection to our wireless router. We're glad we picked this one. A little more pricey than some others, but you usually get what you pay for!

Asked worker for assistance to get better range for my wife's laptop. He suggested this product. I tried it, it didn't have any effect on my wife's ability to get better wi-fi. Found out it is the provider's problem, not the range on the router or reception ability of the lap-top.

I used this on a desktop PC that did not have the AC standard along with my Xfinity (Comcast) Wireless Gateway 3. The service I have is call Comcast Blast. I like the high-gain antenna with the NETGEAR - AC1200 as the dual-band has a shorter distance than the older standards.

Purchased when my laptop unexpectedly would not work at las Vegas hotel. Wifi card in computer would not work so bought this instead of fixing the computer since no time to leave it. Works great. Great geek tech. assistance too. I will definitely buy my next computer at best buy.
