I searched the internet for a long time trying to find the best adapter. It was a number of years since my last purchase. I found this at a good price and was very pleas3d with the ease of installation and the reception provided

Purchased when my laptop unexpectedly would not work at las Vegas hotel. Wifi card in computer would not work so bought this instead of fixing the computer since no time to leave it. Works great. Great geek tech. assistance too. I will definitely buy my next computer at best buy.

Easy set up smooth connecting but did not perform as I expected. I used this brand for another computer and it did quite well, not so the case with this one.

I loved it at first , I’ll say the only problem I had was that it works best if connected in a higher position like your desk or drawer but all in all great and looks decent

I purchased this after the built in Wi-Fi adapter on my Asus All-in-One shuffled off its mortal coil. It works equally well directly plugged into a USB port or when using the supplied extension stand. It also (subjectively) appears to have increased my download speeds.

I am very pleased with the 55" Samsung Smart TV. Setup was simple and took minimal adjustments to get the picture quality spot on. I was also pleased with the free delivery service from Best Buy. Best Buy also had the lowest price for the model I was shopping for.

The adapter stand didn't work (this is the second one as I took the first one back and exchanged it for this one) so I had to plug the adapter itself into the computer. Because of its size it blocks the USB port next to it, essentially using 2 ports. Other than that, it works great!

Had this device for about a month. Desktop is in the basement and router on the first floor. Have had no problems with the internet connection. It is plugged into the back of the desktop where I expected the most difficulty connecting. But it has worked perfectly so far.

Excellent, speedy wi-fi adapter other than the installation. Immediately raised my download speeds from 45-50 mbps to over 300 mbps which I had been paying for and not getting due to my old wireless card. This one solved the problem. A hassle to install on Windows 10, but worth the effort.

I purchased this product to replace a similar one that wasn't available on the shelves. When we got higher-speed Internet, one of our PCs couldn't connect to WiFi. The first product worked great until it died. I bought this one because it had higher specs than the device I had before. Couldn't get it to work at first. Tried it on a laptop that got the new WiFi easily and it wouldn't work on that one either. I ended up searching the Web for a solution -- which would have been difficult if we didn't have another computer -- and found one buried in a forum. Got it to work, but it's not consistent. Not sure if it's the device or our old PC.

The best thing that stands out on the Netgear WG 111 V3 wireless receiver is it is the first one since my original 3100 from years ago is that it does not require downloading software. I think ALL the add on devices should be Plug 'n Play !

Disappointing. I spent quite a bit of time doing the research, seemed to have good reviews. Heats up then disconnects. I've used it with two different Win10 systems, does the same thing. Grrrr. USB adapters seem to have a chronic problem.

I Ike the receiver and all the features it does have some quirks though. For some reason instead of saying DIRECTV when watching tv it sometimes pops up with STB REFI DESI Don't know what it is but it doesn't effect the sound or video. Nothing in the user guide about it either.

I am an active gamer and my wired connection Just wasnt worth running a cord to. So i got this device to Run my PC off my WiFi Network. No issues. no lag and no signal loss.. In fact I actually get more Signal off this than i do off of my Laptop built in wifi Card.

Was very skeptical of this wireless adapter when buying it, but I was going to just use it temporarily so I figured why not. It works so well I won't be replacing it with an internal one, just no point. Plug it in and it works, I didn't even need the cd it came with.

Needed to connect my gaming pc to our network and this worked perfectly. I was afraid of going wireless because we all know wired is the best route for a solid connection but I this worked better than I expected. Use it for gaming, streaming Netflix and Spectrum TV.

I have an older desktop that I wanted to try to use. It would never make the desktop connect to the wifi. Might be something we are missing. I'm sure it would work perfectly if we figure out how to make the desktop connect.

Works as advertised. Allows for enhanced Wireless AC speeds that most laptops are not capable of getting at this point due to the use of older Intel Wifi chips. The only issue is the antenna is awkward when fully extended if your laptop is sitting on a flat surface.

My and I are going to have a baby next year and she has to take it easy. So, I needed to bring her workstation to a different area in the house. This adapter made it easy for her to get the coverage in the house so she still work from home..

My computer "insides" died and I couldn't connect to the internet anymore. My computer is four years old and out of warranty and the Geek Squad suggested this little baby and now I've connected for several months with no more problems!!!
