    It does not always connect to 5.0 when I turn on my laptop. I increased my speed on my laptop and increased it to 5.0 and I expect to connect to 5.0 all the time I turn it on. Is the component faulty?

    I was hoping to purchase a wireless card but this is satisfactory. Best Buy does not carry any cards in the store and I bought this because there was nothing better that I could buy on the spot.

    Easy to use and picks up WiFi signal very well but gets very hot and turns off because of overheating.

    This is a really strong little unit. The only complaint I would give is that it drops signal here and there, and you need to unplug/replug it to get it to work again.

    Boughthe for new windows 10 cpu. Strength was great. Buy could not get it to stop dropping connection. Had to return it, bought wifi pie press card.
