I was recommended this by a friend, and picked it up on a whim because I needed a wifi adapter. I have been using this for a month now, and have run into no problems.

Needed to replace an older Wireless-N adapter, the desktop dock and high gain antenna are very convenient features.

Replaced one I had to see if it would get better range. Picked up the same as the previous one. Does the job but nothing making it any better than the others in the price range.

I added the Netgear USB wireless to my PC and it works great. I did have to figure out some things to get it installed, but once I got it installed, it works great.

My son has a computer in an upstairs bedroom. Our router is downstairs. This has helped him get the internet in his room without a lot of added cost.

Def needed this as I live in a basement apartment and coverage isn’t great so this def helps.

A Bestbuy employee recommended when I asked for reference. Easy to hook up. It dropped the signal a couple times at begining but works great since then.

Excellent overall, no signal drops, and very reliable. I would recommend this device to anyone who needs to add wi/fi to an older device.

My experience for this device connecting to a pc in a room next to the room that has the sender router was having 3 Mbps while the other devices like my phone showing 60Mbps.

My don love this little gadget and helped him finally played his ps 4 again .. uts convenient because its bluetooth

This adapter works well for its price. In the long run, it would be smart to run a system with wifi built in but this works just as good.

The have good stuff, I buy Netgear products because they are always reliable and they stand behind their products. I have used several different Netgear products in the past.

This is a great wireless adapter for the price. It is a major upgrade from the 150mbps wireless adapter I had before. This one is way faster and never disconnects

This product worked great. Thought it was a little pricey but live in a two story house so needed the extension from upstairs.

The compatibility of this thing is grab age the computer has to reinstall the driver after every reboot. This was my first attempt to try an external wifi adapter and it has just been a nightmare. I'd much rather a internal card. This has to be plugged in a specific way or it won't get power and turn on. I tried using the doc but that was a joke. The dock 95% of the time doesn't work at all and the computer won't see the adapter. Get a PCI-E slot adapter and make sure the compatibility on the box is correct. Don't waist your time with this rubbish.

I bought this to improve my wifi performance on an older laptop. It was surprisingly excellent maximizing throughput, both up and down on the internet.

a good choice because it comes with the extension to get the receiver up out of the cabinet the pc is in... could have been a little cheaper

My laptop was not able to hook up to my providers 5g. I am now able to connect to my 5g network with this device and get good service.
