    THIS ADAPTER EXTENDED MY WIFI TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WHERE I DID NOT HAVE SERVICE IN THE PAST.

    What a difference now that my laptop picks up the second, faster, band. Download and upload speeds have increased greatly by getting the second band.
