It needed to update the minute I installed it and then again a few days later. I let it roll for about 5 hours and it still hadn't finished the update. It works subpar and sometimes not at all.

Purchased for my son for his computer which was about 65 feet away from modem and it would work sometimes. So instead purchased actual Ethernet cord and his internet connection couldn't be better.

I was told this would allow my tv to be able to access my router so that I could stream shows. The tv did not even recognize the adapter and did not work as the Best Buy team member indicated it would.

Supposed to be able to connect three speakers wirelessly. Instructions had pictures , no words, easy to follow. Got two speakers connected OK. Never able to connect the third speaker.

This works okay but is clunky. Had issues with driver installation and when plugged directly into laptop is too wide to allow access to another port.

This product is pretty good my only complaint about it is it takes a little bit longer to connect then I would like besides that and work just fine my speeds weren't any slower

Drops connection frequently. When it works, the speed is OK.

My internet connection on new PC with this adapter has been intermittent. Still investigating origin of problem. I suspect it is not he adapter.

i bought this , because my Laptop wireless connection kept dropping every 1 hrs , somebody recommended to get USB wireless , installed CD but computer was not able to detect the Adapter

This usb WiFi adapter didn’t meet my expectations. Very poor reception. So I exchanged it with j5create - USB 3.0-to-Gigabit Ethernet Adapter which worked perfectly.

Even though it is a little bit of a distance away from the router, it is still well within the capabilities according to the box/manual.

I'm sure the product does exactly what is was intended for. But i had to return it because it is not compatible with Mac computers. I didn't see that on the box when i bought it.

Setup instructions not helpful. Not enough troubleshooting guides. Had to restart computer and have had to restart computer. Sometimes it disconnects for no apparent reason.

I was never able to get this item to work with my computer, however at the time, I was having issues with computer, so unsure if it the item or my computer

Works well. Very fast. Unfortunately it is a delicate item. Extends about 3" from computer and i prone to damage from being bumped.

Needs a new driver to take care of intermittent loss of communication. This is the general concensus online and Netgear does not seem to willing to issue one.

I purchased this for my old pc that wasn't wireless so I could move it downstairs. There wasn't enough signal strength to reach from the router on the main level.

I purchased 3 of them because I could never get it to work. After speaking with there Tech Support they told me to buy a different model because they were not able to help me.

Pretty decent adaptor but the speed of it isn't as good as some of the others that can be purchased online. It is also a bit overpriced for the mbps you get from it.

It worked OK if you were close enough to your router it had range issues connecting and staying connected at distances of 10 feet or more through a floor or wall
