    When it works it' awesome. The downloads speeds are incredible for wifi but it has this tendency to cut out and no longer be recognized. The only fix is to unplug it and plug it back in but it continues to happen at least once every few hours. I've reached out for help but apparently it's a Windows 10 issue.

    I should have read reviews prior to purchasing this item. It was for one of my desktops with SS USB and the results were disappointing to say the least. I ended up installing a wi fi card in the PC and it now works well. I have used net gear products in the past, but very disappointed with this purchase.
