Purchased April 20 2020. Dead by Dec 1 2020. Definitely will not purchase again. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Huge packet loss and ping, close to router and for no apparent reason. The installer doesn't work on Windows 10. Do a google search before you buy, I wish I did. Returning it

I did the update then my device stop working, I registered the product called customer service, What they said is should by a new one, I never miss treated it, don't buy it!

This adapter does not seem to handle heavy loads well. Fine for streaming and surfing the web, but it gets pretty warm and disconnects during games.

You have to login each time, in order to use this device with a desktop PC. Not worth the trouble.

Bad from the time I took it out of the box. Worked with it over an hr. with no luck. Back in the box and back to Best Buy. Will not try this one again.

I followed all instructions. Would not load. Bad choice of an item. Even my HP tech support could not get this to work.

Not impressed! This is located downstairs in direct alignment with the WIFI and goes in and out, sometimes getting reception, but mostly not. Will not buy again!

This was recommended by a sales rep in the store. The installation CD does not work on win 10. Had to return and get the N900 which works without any issues.

It didn't work at all. It was a hassle to set up. After I got it set up, didn't work. So frustrated I returned it. No more netgear products for me.

Tried using it on two laptops. Had the same issue on both. The adapter couldn't be found. Tried every usb, including 3.0. Returning to the store.

It never worked, I have wasted time trying to set it up and money... There are many other products that will do the job.

Bought this adapter on recommendation of salesperson. Tried to get it to work with my computer for over two hours. Gave up and brought it back.

The best buy salesperson recommended we buy this but it didn't help our problem at all, It may be out internet but Comcast told us to buy one also

So i purchased this in part that i need to boost my wifi signal with my sons computer upstairs due to spectrum speed not giving me what i needed. IT boosted it 3 times the speed advertised no with the spectrum, but good enough for gaming, so much so that i am going to purchase one for myself it did so well. What a GREAT product, if you are lacking in speed check it out to boost your performance on whatever you might be needing more speed for. Oh simple to setup!

Stay away from this product. Constantly disconnecting and rebooting after a few months.

I was trying to make my non wifi Samsung tv have internet abilities. The best buy Rep told me this would do that. It did not. Returned it.

Ok so I bought this and the C6300 Router back in May when I decided to use my own gear for my ISP. I was using Windows 7 Pro and both worked amazingly when paired together! 10/10 350+ Down and 30+ Up. Lots better from 18 down and 2.5 up :) Now for the bad part. I updated to Windows 10 Pro and I found out that having the USB adapter plugged in while installing will crash WX (Windows 10) at the Welcome Back screen. After reading about this common problem all over the web, it was a simple fix to just unplug it then you can proceed. Worst part now. There are NO working drivers at the moment to use this for WX! Even though Netgear says it has drivers (from April 2015???), it will not work. Google Netgear Windows 10 and you will see what I mean. I had to go out and buy a Linksys WUSB6300 which worked perfectly with WX.

This doesn't make any difference as all. Annoying to set up, no improvement.

Too much trouble to install without an optical drive. Very frustrating, box should have CD DRIVE REQUIRED blazed all over. Taking it back
