Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the ease of use, strong WiFi performance, and reliable signal strength as significant advantages. Many appreciate the adapter's good range and relatively easy installation process. While some users noted the small size of the adapter, others reported occasional software issues. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and ease of use outweighs the negative comments.

I bought a refurbished computer that came with a cheesy little USB type for wifi. I knew that was going crappy...so, I went a got the NetGear AC1200 Dual-Band WiFi Adapter that really speeds up WiFi.

My HP laptop came with a damaged wifi adapter. Unable to return it or get it fixed by BB (Geek squad was going to charge more on top of the GS warranty i bought). Cheaper solution to an awful wifi adapter that I had issues since I bought it.

I only bought this because my new gaming pc which I also bought at Best Buy had a built in wi fi adapter but it was not up to speed as far as handling my cable internet speed tier so to get the most out of that I had to buy the netgesar wi fi so far it works as expected.

The computer I am using to write this review doesn't have a WiFi card, so I needed to connect to my home WiFi network. It has worked great without any problems. It was easy to set up (plug and play) and has met and exceeded our expectations.

This USB WiFi adapter was easy to install, and works great to pull in the WiFi signal to my boss's desktop pc in his new home office that is in a structure detached from his home. It was exactly what we needed!

Son wanted this for his desktop when he came home from college. Says it works great and far cheaper than a WiFi card install.

The range for the wifi adapter works great with my computer. My wifi modular burnt out and I got help from the staff to pick out the right one for my issue. The docking port and wire make it easy to place out of the way or where you need it.

It was an excellent choice the range capacity is great. I am satisfied with my decision to purchase. Once inserted it automatically connected. It is detachable and easy to use. The performance capability is much more than I expected. Way better.

This is a good product for pulling in a signal from a wi-fi router. This "antenna" is very easy to use and set up. Install the software, plug it in and that's it. The product has good range and reception for a room in an average-sized house.

I bought this adapter when my old one crapped out. Our Wireless Router is downstairs and my Desktop is upstairs. It picks up the signal great! I get pretty good download speeds with it, so it is great for in house distances from the modem.

Bought this adapter to take full advantage of the Gig network. Worked really for the first a few days, then the speed had slight drop, but still faster than the internal old adapter. Still figuring out if this is the Win 10 issue or the adapter issue..

This product works pretty well. I was getting poor wifi to my pc and there was no way to run ethernet from my router so this was my solution. My only downside is that it apparently needs to run this netgear bloatware in order to get the full speeds. thats annoying.

If you're an avid gamer or have your computer not even in the vicinity of your router.....this AC model is primo. Great signal and no latency issues. I have my main desktop positioned roughly 30-40 feet (and on a high 2nd floor) from my AC router.

It worked really well for the first couple months and then it started dropping the Wi-Fi multiple times every day. It was almost like it lost usb connection because if you pulled it out and put it back in, it would work great again. I only recommend this product because for the price I paid, it did it's job.
