Good router if you don't have many walls

While the signal and speeds were great where we have an open line of view to the router it did not reach a couple rooms in the corners of the house. Our house isn't big, only about 2,000 square feet but due to the layout, it does have to pass through several walls. I ended up exchanging it for a mesh system which works great so far.
