I did have a problem getting it to work and the "contact us" were no help, and I was finally told it must be defective and I should return it, but while on hold to return it, I figured out the problem and it seems to be faster than my previous one.

The setup was easy and straightforward. The only gripe I have is...why is setup relegated to downloading the app? I find it such a nuisance for a number of items dependent on having a smart phone that have nothing to do with a smart phone. I would rather have the ability to log into the device itself than depend on another device.
