Ended our drop out problem!

I went to Best Buy and explained the problem to the computer guy there. He said that our router could not handle all the different things we were trying to do with it at one time. He showed me the different routers there and I made my decision which he said should end our problem. He was right! Everything works a lot better than it did before.
