Last Netgear Product Of Mine

At first it was once every few weeks, then multiple times a week, eventually up to multiple times a day. It was 100% the router as I even switched internet service providers and the problem persisted. I tried to reach out to Netgear customer service and was told they could only help me if I purchased their technical support subscription because it was more than 90 days past purchase date . I switched to the free Verizon router that came with my service and my internet is 3x faster and doesn't ever drop out. Needless to say, last time I will be purchasing a Netgear product.
