No more lag, smoking fast. My 6 year old son used to bog down our old router with his iPad mini. Not a problem with this NETGEAR. I told the salesman, I wanted the best router they had. This was the first one he showed me. I then asked about the more expensive ones there. Really no difference just, cost. Very happy!

Big improvement!

With the basic router, someone lost connection about every two hours, requiring a reboot to reconnect. Upgrading to this router has reduced the reboots to about once in two or so weeks. Setting up was a bit of a trial with special "Genie" software, but after that, we have had no problems.
