I can't say anything negative about this product because it has been working efficiently since we set it up. Very happy with this!

We looked at a few until one of your associates recommended this model. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked it to be, but the associate knew what he was talking about. We are very impressed with its performance, so it was worth every penny!

Got it to use along side Xfinity internet and my devices have never been offline since. Great range, my phone picks up the WiFi outside the house! Setup was amazing and fast just using my phone the entire time! Awesome purchase!

Netgear tech support wasn't any help; they were mostly interested in selling me an expensive extended tech support plan. And the person I spoke with had such a foreign accent, it was very hard to even understand her....except for the part they wanted a lot more money....VERY pushy about it too! I declined to pay more for an already very expensive router.
