The support I received from NETGEAR was top-notched. The associate in the store gave me a great rundown and asked all the correct questions about where this device will go. He was very knowledgeable on the specifications of this router.

This router works Great! I live in a 4000 sq ft hse and I receive a strong fast wifi signal in every part of my home! The Netgear app is a nice feature and is helpful. Spectrum provides a modem for free but, charges for the router. (wifi) So this router will pay for it self, within a yr & half!

Be aware. If you do not have a smart phone, so you can down load the set up app, this is a pain. Trying to get customer service for the set up is a pain. I did not have this problem with the last Netgear wi-fi device I purchased. I guess they are cutting cost. The wi-fi works OK.

It took a little time for me to figure out the pairing this with my Spectrum modem but once I got it up and running it’s been great. You can have up to 25 devices working off this and no glitches or slow speeds. Very happy with my purchase

We purchased the NetGear R6400-100NAS wireless router for our daughter in a rental house with 5 people living there. We needed a wireless model with the capability to handle a high amount of connections from all areas of the house. This router has met all of their needs and we would highly recommend it.

We were using the router in our internet provider's modem and it was not able to connect quickly or stay connected. This modem has been problem free since we bought it about a month ago. We have no more areas of our condo that do not get a good signal.

I was very happy with my first one, very reliable performance. And I gave it 5 star.The issue is it won’t connect internet after I connect the WLAN cable to one of LAN port. It got three star because it is too weak to broken.

Would highly remember for whole house set-up. Very good price.

I bought this about a month ago and it works really well! I needed it because my client doesn’t remember the password for her WiFi and this comes with its own information. The whole family uses it and it doesn’t seem to slow down. Would purchase again.

Use for home office - needed something that was priced well

Before getting this, i was using a 1 year old router that would cover about 1500 square feet. In order to boost the signal through the rest of my house and garage, we had 2 signal booster or extenders.

Bought this router with the ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem for Internet speeds of at least 400 Mbps. So far, it's worked flawlessly with the modem and the reach of the signal is impressive. Would definitely recommend this for an upgrade from an apartment to a house.

Another of my black Friday purchases and another great deal it is and a serious upgrade compared to my old router. Remote login capabilities of it is awesome I can shut stuff down on it and I don't even have to be home to parental control what the kids have access to, I love it
