Purchased this router along with a modem to replace the one WOW provided. Seems to work better with no lagging. I like the fact that i can set my network names and passwords. It also has an option for a guest network which is handy.

This router works really well and we have not had any WiFi issues since we got it. Prior to purchasing this one our WiFi would constantly drop. The old router was not compatible with our cable service but this one works perfectly.

I bought this because my router went out on me. It was simple to hookup and get going. I did have to call tech support to figure out how to refresh my iP address so I could access the Internet. Tech support was very polite and friendly but thereally was a small language barrier.

Maybe its all my fault, but I bought this product thinking that the modem was built in and that is not the case. This is simply a router, so you need a modem to go along with it which costs more money. I returned it and bought a modem and router all in one and it works great.

Finally able to have broadband in our small town and bought this router. We've had it for about a month with no signal loss. Didn't expect to have to pay over $100 but this seems to work well for using Xbox Live, a couple of laptops, cell phones, and a tablet at the same time.

Was not sure what type of router to purchase, best buy rep suggested the netgear. No hook up instructions included, needed another device to add an app to install them. Once I could obtain such device installation was quick.

Utilized this for my home, several devices. Enjoy the app used to monitor who’s on the internet, and who to remove access from. Helps with having teens at home who like to stay up late.

So far, so good. Only complaint is that it doesn't reach that far. I have trouble getting good wifi from about 30 ft away. It might just be my phone cause everyone else in the home seems to be ok with it.

I tried to like my Netgear router. Looked pretty usual, and simple. Took a long time to learn that the second light on from the right was really a cleverly designed switch to turn off the “radio”. Then I was sent an email that a firmware upgrade was necessary and that exercise went nowhere. I suspect that the box was designed and built in China, but the English manual was written by some company in Cambridge. After messing around with the thing for a week or so, I returned it, and Best Buy was as good with that as possible.

Since we installed this we have not been bumped off the internet once. We all can get on and is the best thing yet. I highly recommend this router to anyone who is having trouble streaming or staying on line, especially like us in the country.

I live in a split level home. The previous router wasn't strong enough to send the Wi-Fi throughout the whole house. I get great, stable, strong connection anywhere in the house - on all 3 levels!

Our old router just wasn't doing the job any more. We stopped in at Best Buy and a young man helped us pick out the best router for what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful and gave us enough information to help us make a good decision.

Bought this two years ago for our home network, and we've had no issues with it. It lives in the guest room closet with our other tech stuff. We haven't had any issues with signal quality, etc. anywhere in the house and can even use get online from our back patio.

much more consistent with streaming TV and movies. The light are bright at night and the instruction get no information on what the lights mean. One went Red, so had to unplug and reboot. Speed is what I wanted and I got it.

This unit is very easy to install. I am not a tech kind of person and I had no problems setting this up. I do wonder though if I am using to it's best ability. Sometimes our internets seems to drag.

3 antennas. All the necessary ports. Pretty robust. Clean shiny black look. May have signal issues but that could be because of your ISP kicking in and out. I have cox and I'm 50/50 on them as far as satisfied. Be ready to dump about $130-150. Too much money for a router IMO

Had an old Netgear that was working great, until my daughter moved back in, and we got a Fire stick, smart TV..... Needless to say, the older Netgear was working extra hard. Got the new Netgear, and every thing plays nice together now.

Ty for the help with the net gear router Best Buy since net gear themselves tried to get me to spend three $400 I didn't need to spend on the fact that I didn't even have a virus on my computer that I needed to worry about so thank you again Best Buy
