Works Perfectly Fine, Issues setting it up

The process to set it up was not user friendly...instruction was minimal and you don't know what you're looking at. I didn't understand some of the messages and ultimately ended up paying an online chat service $99 to restore my settings and install the router. I should've stuck with one of the other known brands where there's a User friendly application walking you through it.
