hard to install

I had a hard time upgrading the software and still don't know if it is fully upgraded or not. Install would stop and sit and not finish. I tried to find a number to get help, but couldn't. It seems to be working, however. Service seems to be an issue. Website has a lot of "articles" but nothing for what I needed. I would rate higher if it wasn't for that.

Could be better

Because it was such a huge cost difference between the two I went with the dual band and I just don’t get a really good range out of it. If you live in a two-story house and you have it upstairs and all your stuff is downstairs is not going to work very well. Does OK when I’m upstairs next to it.
